CHAPTER XLVII - FALLS
Haji called me that he did not meet with Shanelle to get my specialized make up that was why I need to meet her today. “Where are you going?” Kai asked me while fixing his collared shirt. “I’m seeing a friend.” I forced a smile at him. “Okay, let me drop you there.” He went to the garage and he hopped in his car. He signaled me to get in too. There was no turning back since he insisted to drop me there. I calmed down myself for having a cold and trembling hands. I wonder what would Shanelle could comment if she saw me like this. I asked him to drop me to a nearby café shop and there, I saw Shanelle, waiting for me. She gave me a box wrapped with navy blue cover and a ribbon. “Thank you!” I happily said. “You’re welcome.” She smiled and she looked behind me. “Is he with you?”
