I wake up to the sound of the machine beeping. F*ck, I'm at the hospital. The memories of what happened come back to me, one after another. I was shot. I fell to the ground and Kellan tried to help me, even though he didn't know how. Then I remember hearing Hunter pleading with me not to die, to come back to him, but I couldn't open my eyes or talk to him. I was falling into darkness and I wasn't able to do anything about that. My heart was breaking for him. I wanted so badly to reassure him that I would be okay, but I just couldn't. I couldn't even reach my wolf. Everything went blank after that.
