After having waited with bated breath for some time, 2 flashes come rushing by, which I can only assume is Valentina and her mom. Following her scent, I can see the front gates in the far distance. That can’t be good. Now they will surely know where she is, and who knows what they will do to her. I genuinely believe they wouldn’t stand a chance normally. But they must have some tricks up their sleeves considering they were able to get her in the first place.
‘Front gates, now!’ I order our pack, rushing towards the gate myself. Surprisingly, my mate has already shifted into her beautiful brown wolf and is racing forward as well. She is surprisingly fast too.
