Jasmine and Jacob were standing there like they were looking for someone, when Jasmine looked up, she smiled and waved at Deanna and her brothers.

Deanna turned to see if her brothers were looking at the scene. They were looking with just as much of a surprise as she was in. They all looked at each other like “what the f**k”. Deanna chose to turn her head and begin to walk off when Jasmine shouted, “sister so good to see you, I have been trying to reach out to you, why haven’t you returned my calls and why did you change your number?”

Deanna stopped abruptly and looked at her estranged sister and said, “I’m sorry miss, do I know you”?

“Anna don’t act like that I’m your baby sister and I love you.”

Deanna tried to walk away, not saying a word, when Jacob grabbed her to give her a hug and said “Big sis I missed you, why don’t you ever call?”

Deanna didn’t know how to react to these two,she was in shock to say least, so she looked at her brothers and said “big brothers who are these people? How do they know my name? Whats going on here?”

The triplets then ran up to their mother laughing, Taniyah said “mommy daddy is being silly can you come get him?"

Jasmine gasped in shock and said “Anna is this my niece? Oh my god she is so beautiful.”

Then she turned around and saw Taneek and Jameek standing there looking at their mother, this shocked her more so she said, “sister you had triplets; oh my god does your husband know that you had children by another man?”

At that moment, Jeron stepped up with his mouth open, he hadn’t seen Jasmine since the night they got caught sleeping together. He only caught the last part of her sentence, not knowing if he should reply, so he decided to step back and let Anna handle this, he didn’t want to get in the middle.

Deanna turned to Jasmine and said “listen lady my patience is real short and last I checked I didn’t have a baby sister or brother, they we people i use to know as my baby sister betrayed me. Then my baby brother took her side, so I let them both go for my peace and happiness, I don’t have time for drama, nor do I entertain foolishness. Now go about your way and leave me and my family alone.

Jasmine was shocked, she didn’t think that after 10 years Deanna would still be mad at her, she just knew that she would let the past be, they were family, they were sisters, she couldn’t possibly let a man come between them. Jasmine begin to tear up and stared at Deanna and said “sister I’m so sorry about what I did to you, I know I was wrong for being with your husband, you trusted me and I let you down, but I am sorry and I am begging you for your forgiveness. I just want us to go back to the way things used to be. I just want us to be close again, I want to get to know my niece and nephews, I just want you to understand that blood is thicker than water. That nothing should ever come between us, please forgive me Anna.”

Deanna was shocked to hear all of this come out of Jasmine’s mouth. So she turned around and gathered her children, without saying a word. Kissed her big brother's goodbye and told Jeron she would call him later. Without a word they walked to her car and drove home.

Jasmine on the other hand couldn’t believe that Deanna just ignored her, she poured out her heart to her. When Jacob told her that Jeron was coming to the park to neet someone she had no idea it was her sister. she just wanted to see hi. ti ask a out Anna. They hadnt since wach other in 1p years, not since the night they got caught. He wouldnt see her, told her he was going to get his wife back and make up for all the wrong he had done. She came here today hoping to make amends and Deanna just ignored her and acted like she didn’t know who she was. Who did Deanna think she was not accepting her apology. Knowing she had messed up, but she didn’t think Jeron was worth losing her sister over. She didn’t feel like her sister should hold her responsible for a man that didn’t love her the way she thought he did. If he had loved her as much as he said he did, then he never would have hopped in the bed with her.

They had been sleeping together for over a year, she was starting to have feelings for him, but he never felt anything for her, he always said that Anna was his true love. Jasmine just wanted to be happy like her sister was and she thought that being with her sister’s man would give her that same happiness, but in the end, she was the one who got hurt.

She wondered if she would ever find her own happiness.
