Carolyn stared at the image, shivers erupting across her entire body. "What is this?"
"This is a note that was discovered on the fence that surrounds the property. One of the ranch neighbors found it and brought it to us. We're assuming that one of the children in the compound wrote it. If you hadn't called us in Evergreen, we wouldn't have made the connection to you. Do you have a sister named Sarah at the Light Keepers?"
