Mile’s POV
This trip is my chance to make things right with Bianca. I’ve been unfair to her for too long, and now, I finally have the opportunity to make it up to her. Standing in front of her hotel room, I take a deep breath before ringing the doorbell. It barely takes a second before she swings the door open, her face lighting up with pure joy.
“Babe!” she exclaims, throwing herself into my arms. Her excitement is infectious as she clings to me. “I’ve been waiting for hours!”
I smile, closing the door behind me as I step inside. “I’m here now,” I say softly, holding her close before gently breaking the hug. Our faces are just inches apart, and before I can say another word, she presses her lips against mine.
