As I was getting ready for college, a message appeared on my phone from Daisy, asking if I would join her for some shopping.
"Shopping for?" I typed and sent the message.
"For the evening's prom," Daisy replied promptly. Before I could respond, my phone rang, and Daisy urged me to come along for the shopping trip.
"I've never been to a prom party before. Maybe you should take someone else with you," I suggested, feeling uncertain about attending an event where only werewolves would be present.
"Are you serious?" Daisy rolled her eyes at my reluctance. "No one is going to bully you anymore. Leone is your boyfriend, after all, so you should definitely come to the prom," she insisted from the other end of the line.
