Sheila didn't spare Jacques a single glance throughout the entire walk. She strode ahead decisively and went straight to the examination room. Vivian, still clinging to Jacques' arm, watched Sheila’s back with a worried expression. "Jacques, do you think Sheila’s upset to see me?" she asked softly, her voice laced with concern.
