CHAPTER FIFTEEN

The Late Night Walk 2.

Njays Restaurant

Dinner table.

"Like I said earlier, I am here for research. There is this company in Deli, It is the Blue heart division, they deal with fashion, they make their own clothes and well, they want to invest and partner with some company I Coza and well, Flenzo is also building a company in Coza, I grew up in Deli, moved to Italy and now here for research, I will move back to Coza to run the new branch as I should. So yeah I am here to research mainly because of The Blue Heart Division." Anthony says to Jessica in a cherry tone.

"Oh, I haven't heard of them before, this is the first." Jessica replies as she takes another bite.

"Like I said earlier, they are in Deli, yes they have grounds in Deli but they are planning to be global, They started the company in the Late 1800's." Anthony says as he spots something.

"Your necklace, it- it looks just like the blue heart logo, let me show you." Anthony adds as he takes out his phone and shows her the logo for the Blue Heart Division.

Touching her Blue necklace, she smiles. "it's just similar, I am sure" Jessica says as she continues eating.

Anthony finds out the logo for The Blue Heart Division.

"Wow, it is just the same as yours, how did you get that?" Anthony asks as he wonders.

"It is really private, and yeah that's that." Jessica replies in a very cold tone as she stands up.

"Alright, I won't ask any more questions" Anthony says as he drops his card.

I am sure the necklace looks just like the logo, or even better there is no way you can tell me otherwise.

"So, how do you know so much about this Blue heart division, the company not the necklace now." Jessica asks as they leave the restaurant for the walk as promised.

"well, I bullied the new CEO when we were in middle school and high school." Anthony lets out with an awkward laugh.

"You don't look like a bully but then you act the part, so how did you bully him?" Jessica asks as she doesn't believe him.

"Yeah, I am this kind of uhm, mental and emotional bully, I am not one that shouts or uses force, i use power and with power, I can do and undo and basically it's just me sending my boys, but you see i- I bullied him a little, he was always a little boy who was gentle and free spirited but now he is so fierce that even I can't believe it, so in a way you can say I helped him by bullying him." Anthony says as they walk side by side.

"Oh wow that's some way to justify yourself but then, you need his merger with flenzo, so how will you do that?" Jessica asks as she wants to know how he would do that.

"well, if he is man enough, he should know the past is in the past and this is solely business, sure familiarity is a huge complex and we are both men with strong egos and we have our implementation in the business world, so it might be hard but its not impossible." Listening to Anthony Jessica is surprised and impressed.

"Okay, that's a good thing but I trust you, since you can say this then it's not a problem to execute them." Jessica replies as she nods.

"So what about you? I know you are the tough type of lady, and with your background and family, I know you are not one not to fight, I just don't know why you are leaving Ashley alone." Anthony says with a smile.

"Well, I am going to shave her head today, but yes I am fierce and right now I am planning something bigger than Ashley, she is a small fry." Jessica says as they walk.

"I need to get my company back and run that place like no man's business." Jessica adds with a snicker.

"Okay, Iron Lady, as you wish." Anthony replies her.

"But isn't the company yours? why would you need to get it back?" Anthony asks.

"Well, my friend betrayed me and took over the company, of course with the help of my parents and all." Jessica says in a cold tone, Anthony pauses and waits.

"You are Jessica Amor that automatically means you own the company and now they gave your friend and you are here?' Anthony asks as he is shocked.

"Oh please, you believe that? Well, I will go back home and get it back, let her have the fun, I wouldn't destroy what's mine but then you see, I own it, she is there temporarily, I will take back what's mine, mum and dad wants a sweet and loving daughter but they won't get it." Jessica adds with an evil look.

"Okay, that's more like it, it's yours you better not let whoever takes what's yours." Anthony charges her up as she walks along.

"So, are we friends now?" Anthony asks as he looks her in her eyes.

"Fine but there's no romantic blah blah going on, don't think of it or expect it." Jessica adds as she smiles for the first time tonight.

"Wait, don't tell me you don't have a boyfriend." Anthony asks as they pause.

"No, I don't, I am interested in being submissive to one man or spending all decades with him and what? I have to do this and that and depend on HIM? There ain't no way in anywhere that's happening." Jessica adds as she stumps her feet.

"What you don't like the idea or you have been heartbroken?" Anthony asks as he plans to tease her.

She smiles again. "Anthony, you see how I am so beautiful, wealthy and classy, do you think a mere soul can break me? he will get broken in more ways than he can imagine." Jessica replies while looking Anthony straight in his eyes, Sending down chills, Anthony gulps, He stares at Jessica.

Looking at her, he knew he had to do it, if he doesn't, he won't for a long while, the beautiful street covered in lights, the pathway shined bright, the only people in the street, it felt like a new year evening hut without the people. Under the tree, they stood, Anthony stares at her, holding her cheeks bones, he wants to kiss her but he doesn't, he goes to her ear. "Mind if I change how you think?" A shot whisper that makes her relieved, her eyes closes as she wants a kiss but she can't have it, She shakes it off and just then.

ANTHONY! A lady yells out and grabs Anthony by his hands.

"Get off him." The lady says in anger.

And who are you?" Jessica asks the strange lady.

"I am Cynthia, Anthony's Ex." Cynthia replies

"So, I travel, I travel to Paris for who months and you are kissing this? this!" Cynthia, a lady in her late twenties, a fierce woman too, Jessica seems to have found her match. She is a blonde, very pretty but on a average, Cynthia is also a model, who aspires to work for Amor Corporations.

"Okay, that is not much of my concern and you guys can deal with that on your own." Jessica says as she takes her leave.

"Cynthia? what are you doing her and how did you find me?" Anthony asks in shock.

"Yeah, you still wear the ring from last year, i- it has a chip that tells me your location."

"Okay, so why are you here?" Anthony asks in anger, this is a side of him that Jessica hasn't seen.

"Let's get back together please, i- I miss you" Cynthia says as she holds his hands. He removes it and grabs her forcefully, pinning her hands to the tree back

"Make sure you leave and never return here." Anthony replies as he releases her and turns his back to calm himself.

"She doesn't know does she?? Your secrets, all three of them? No one can love you like I did." Cynthia says, turning back to face her, he slaps her.

"If you dare cross me, I will kill you." Anthony says as he lifts her up with his strong hands, making hard for her to breath.

"Jessica Amor can kill you, she has the blue heart necklace, you are done for when she finds out." Cynthia says as she coughs.

" And what? that necklace is just a piece of necklace." Anthony replies in his defence.

"Thats- That's what you think, it isnt just a piece of necklace, remember Mark? It's his necklace, find out the history and see how little you are compared to them." Cynthia adds, he drops her to the ground, and knelt down to her. "Talk." He orders as his voice changes and strikes.

"They- They are destined to kill you, leave them alone Anthony, you are better off not getting involved, Destiny will play its role and it will come to pass, Mark and Jessica are meant to be." Cynthia adds

"how do you know all this? are you lying to me? I will have you killed immediately you reach your room." Anthony asks her in anger.

"I am- from the descendant of seers, I saw everything and that's why I came here, aren't you curious as to why she has the same necklace as the logo of The Blue Heart Division family, if you notice, Marks father always wore it before he passed it down, same with Marks great grandfather, Check their history, Jessica will kill you." Cynthia adds fidgeting and shaking, her voice is getting lower.

"Why am i in the picture?" Anthony asks as he plays with her hair.

"You are the evil one who seeks to ruin them, just like your great grandfather did ruining David and Elsmeralda. You are the repeat of fate but you will die." Tuah

He slaps her again.

Coughing again. Cynthia feels weak. " I am just here to deliver Anthony, do it with ease." Cynthia says as she stands up.

"I love you Anthony, don't die for her." Cynthia adds before leaving.

After leaving Anthony with his girlfriend, Jessica returns back to the supermart. She isn't angry or mad, His ex is just hyper.

"Phew, I should call my lawyer." Jessica says as she have change of clothes.

she takes her phone and calls her Lawyer, Mr. Xavier.

"Good evening, we need to talk." Jessica says firm as she checks her balance and sees she has saved a lot to get a condominium.

"uh, good evening Jessica." Mr. Xavier sounds like he is already fast asleep, he can't dare see Jessica call and then ignore it, he for sure will lose his job. "Yes, wire all the money into this new account I just sent the text, its my account and I don't want to hear a word." Jessica says simple and straight.

"Ma'am, that would take a full day to transfer all the money, i would advise you take half, the entire money is twenty thousand dollars, i can transfer half and keep the other half, if you would want that." The lawyer says as he advices Jessica, knowing fully well how she is and how she can be, he is very cautious. Her personal lawyer since she was five, he knows how Jessica can be.

"Okay fine, you are right, so by tomorrow I need it, don't you dare tell my mum or dad or else, the pictures of you and your mistress will be everywhere, remember i have friends in the media house, it won't cost me anything." Jessica says as she hangs up.

"This necklace?" Jessica sighs as she takes it off and stares at it.

"I wonder how that little boy is doing, would we ever meet again?" Jessica says to herself as she lies down, as soon as she falls asleep, the necklace shined its light.
