After eating, the  princess snuck out of the prince's room as quietly as she could and  carried the tray to the nearest guard she could find. The guard gladly  took the tray from her as the princess thanked him and walked back, this  time heading for her own room. Closing the door behind  her she jumped in her bed and buried herself into its comfort, even  after resting for quite a while she felt so drained. Almost as if  someone had sucked the energy right out of her. She buried her face deep  into the pillow and sighed. Her head had begun to pound once again and  it only infuriated her. As always she was one to  love being well informed of her situation and now thinking that she had  ignored the obvious signs made her want to pull her hair out. The  rumors turned out to be true? Rumors were just rumors for her she was  never one to believe them but this time she wished she had actually  believed them and taken precautions beforehand. The current situation  could have been avoided if she had already known and just worn turtle  necks, or just covered herself from head to toe in a full on jumper. But  nothing could be done now, it was no use crying over spilt milk, in her  case... spilt blood. She sighed for the dozenth time before closing her eyes and letting herself rest. _____________ A knock at her door made her wake up and groan slightly from the tiredness she still felt. "Amelia." It was Ace, she could  tell right from the voice and how her mind seemed to suddenly be wide  awake. It annoyed her how much control the prince had over her right at  the beginning of a supposed relationship. "Come in." She mumbled and only due   to his good hearing, was he able to understand and enter the room.  Amelia laid still in her bed, her eyes screwed shut as she continued to  try and get as much rest as she could even with the prince present. "Amelia, You've been asleep for quite a while it's dinner time now." "... okay?" Ace sighed staring at the princesses determination to not drive her sleep away. "Would you like me to carry you there?" If the princess would've  been eating something she would've choked on it. Her eyes snapped open  as she stared at the prince shocked. "No, I'll come." The prince nodded but didn't move from his spot. Why're you still here?! She whined in her head pouting when the prince continued to stand as still as a statue and look over her current state. "It'll take me a small while but I'll be there." The prince nodded once again before turning around and opening her door, however, he stopped in his tracks. "I'll be waiting outside then." And then he closed the  door behind himself. The princess huffed moving out of her comfortable  bed and dragging herself to the washroom to refresh. In fifteen minutes,  after taking a small shower and changing into something more  comfortable, the princess exited her room to find prince Ace waiting  patiently for her. "Sorry for the wait." The prince shook his head before leading her towards the dining room. They walked in comfortable silence till Ace spoke up. "Should I move your belongings to my room?" The princess was about to reply when several voices began ringing in her head. "You must share a room as he won't feel comfortable having his mate away from him at night." The doctor had said. " vampires and  werewolves are complicated creatures honey, they go bonkers if their  mate is kept away from them for too long and it's impossible to control a  vampire or werewolf on a rampage." Her grandma had told her once upon a time. "The supernatural  thrive for their mate, they can't bear a long distance relationship.  Being able to touch and smell their mate gives them a sense of peace and  it also keeps them sane and under control." Her royal tutor had told her once during their regular lessons. She sighed knowing what this meant. "Alright? I'll pack everything after eating then?" The prince nodded as  they continued walking. As they passed by the staircase she glanced at  where it all began and sighed. The carpet had been changed to a darker  one probably to forget about the blood stain. Remembering the incident  the princess instinctively checked the area where she was bitten. Her  hand gently traced along the skin trying to feel any hole that might  have been formed from the princes bite, but she felt nothing at all. "Vampire marks and bites heal quickly." The prince stated not having to look behind himself to see what the princess was doing. The  princess blushed mumbling a small Okay, slightly embarrassed that the  prince had been able to figure out her thoughts which also, indirectly,  revolved around him. Ace held the door open  and the princess entered thanking him. The 11 princes in the room all  turned to her, prince Joshua was the first one to move towards her. "Are you okay?" He asked gently holding her hand making her smile at his adorable act. "I'm absolutely fine, what about you?" Joshua only nodded in  reply his eyes searching the princesses face for any sign of pain so he  could scold Ace. Even though it wasn't Aces fault. When he found no  change in her expression he smiled. She still was acting the same with  him and he couldn't hold back the face ripping grin that sprouted on his  lips. "I'm glad you're alright your highness, everything seems to be a mess right now." "I'm glad you are alright as well your highnesses, I'm sorry for making you worry." Prince Holland gave her a  small smile as the other brothers did the same, secretly happy that the  princess hadn't over reacted to a point where the royal heads would  have to be called. Truth be told the princess had noticed the way the  princes reacted whenever their parents were mentioned, they thrived to  make them happy and she wouldn't want to ruin their happiness. Ace pulled a chair back  for her as she sat down once again thanking him. Brian quickly claimed  the seat on her left as Ace sat on her right. Joshua huffed and stomped  his foot demanding for Brian to move so he could sit with the princess. "Why should I? I came first." "You pushed me away!" Joshua whined making jack roll his eyes. "Just sit down anywhere you want Joshua." Joshua glared at Brian  one more time before sitting across the princess and giving her a cheeky  smile. The princess smiled back and the guards entered with their food  in hand. They started to set the food down and lifted the lids off of  it, however, none of the royals made a move to even touch the food. "We're waiting for the spell to show aren't we?" Jacob questioned making Lance and Landon sigh. "I think I can take another meal with drugs just to fill my stomach." Jack rolled his eyes at  their acting before glancing at Levi, who seemed completely invested in  finding anything off with their meal. "Everything seems to be normal." They nodded in reply  before reaching out reluctantly and filling their plates. Amelia helped  herself while Ace grabbed onto whatever she wanted to eat. The princess  saw it as another one of the vampire ways to treat their mates. But for the other princes it came as a shock that Ace was doing something other than observing quietly. The princess offered the  prince a grateful smile and slowly began eating. They ate in peace and  quiet only the sounds of utensils clashing against one another could be  heard. Amelia decided to forget about the situation at hand and relax,  yes it was stressful but she also knew that it wasn't the end. Probably a  beginning of something even more dramatic but definitely not the end. With her senses finally  at ease she continued to eat trying not to smile at the glances that  Prince Ace seemed to be throwing her way. If she was Diana or Claire,  she wouldn't have wasted a second before returning the affection but as  the oldest and the youngest of the four were a bit more cautious than  the others, they analyzed their situation before opening up. All the royals took  their time while enjoying their food and as they were done the princess  led the prince back to her room so they could begin moving her  belongings. The princes room was very large, it was as if made to cater  to his requirement for open space. And it was obvious that the  princesses belongings could easily be moved and adjusted there. "Would you like to pack what you need take?" The princess shook her head opening up her huge and barely-a-day-ago set up cupboard. "We can take it all if you want?" The prince suggested standing behind the princess and taking in her confused look. "Are you sure your highness~" "Ace." The prince quickly interjected making the princess nod. "Are you sure it won't be too much trouble?" The prince shrugged in response before striding up to stand on the step that led to her cupboard. "They'll fit with ease." "How about we leave them here and whenever I need something I can get it from here?" The princess suggested  as the prince shared her quizzical expression while staring at the  abundance of clothes that Amelia's mother had sent for her. "I guess you can take casuals and night suits." The princess nodded  walking inside with the prince following behind her. The closet was  larger than both of them had previously thought and it was decorated  with heaps and heaps of clothes. Oh boy...
