Unveiling the Truth: The Hidden Secrets

Jion quickly sped off in his car, his heart racing, and his mind constantly recalling Siya's face. After driving a short distance, he spotted Siya by the roadside. She was shivering in the cold air, yet her stride showed determination. Jion stopped the car right in front of her. "Siya, get in the car. Now," Jion commanded. Siya looked into his eyes and firmly replied, "You told me to stay away from you. So now, let me go." Jion said nothing. He stepped out of the car and, without listening to anything, scooped her up into his arms. "You had your chance to speak, Siya. Now, what I say will happen." Siya hurriedly said, "Jion! Put me down! What are you doing?" Siya tried to free herself, but Jion's grip was strong. Jion held her tightly and said in a deep voice, "You’ve gotten used to me explaining things to you, Siya. Not anymore. You’re not going anywhere. And I’ll never let you go." "It was my mistake to think that if you stayed away from me, you’d be safe. But I was wrong. And I will fix this mistake properly." He placed her inside the car and closed the door. Jion took a deep breath and said, "You’re a part of my life, Siya. And as long as I’m alive, you can’t be away from me." Siya saw him like never before—angry, distressed, and loving her to the point of madness. She had no words. Jion looked into her eyes and said, "You have to understand, Siya. I can't live without you. And I won't let you go to anyone else. Now you have to listen to me." "You’re in danger because of me. So, keeping you safe is my responsibility." Siya said, "Am I just a responsibility to you?" Jion was silent. He had never told Siya that he loved her yet. He was afraid to say it. Siya looked at him with tears in her eyes. She stared at him with anger and disbelief. "You’ve gone mad, Jion. Stop this." Jion gazed into her eyes and said with a faint smile, "Yes, I’ve gone mad. You’ve made me this way. And if you think I’ll let you go, you’re wrong." Siya’s heart raced faster. The fear in Jion’s eyes of losing her froze her. She just watched him silently, as if trying to understand him for the first time. Jion pulled her closer and said, "Enough. You’re not going anywhere. And this is not your decision, Siya. It’s mine." Jion held Siya's hand like a child, as if he were afraid that his precious thing might slip away. Siya quietly listened to him. There was a strange mixture of trust and fear in her eyes. Jion gripped her hand tighter and said softly, "I won’t let you go, Siya. Never." Jion’s eyes were teary, as if he were afraid. He knew what Siya meant to him. Would Jion be able to keep her safe? And did Siya really have little time left? If yes, how would Jion face this truth? Jion said goodbye to the doctor and walked towards Siya’s room. As soon as he opened the door, he found Siya in a deep sleep. A slight discomfort was visible on her face. Jion felt that even in her sleep, Siya was trying to hide the truth of her real condition. The room was calm and quiet. Jion stood there for a while, his mind racing with thoughts. But as he looked at Siya’s innocent face, for a moment, everything else seemed to fade away. His gaze remained fixed on her. Siya’s breath was slightly erratic, but she was asleep, almost as if she were running away from the biggest fear of her life. Jion’s heart raced as he watched her, a fear he had never felt before. He didn’t want to take any risks with her life. Jion quietly pulled out his laptop and sat outside Siya’s room, his eyes constantly drifting towards her room. For a moment, he felt as if every breath she took was synchronized with the beat of his own heart. Jion was afraid that Siya might run away again. With a deep breath, he closed his laptop and walked into her room. He quietly sat on the chair beside and kept looking at Siya. "Why have I become so weak, Siya?" he said to himself. "Why does it feel like you're hiding something from me?" As he brushed the hair off her forehead, he murmured, hiding the pain in his voice, "Will you ever tell me what's going on in your mind? Don’t I even have the right?" Now he understood that sometimes the fear of losing someone brings them even closer. But Siya was in a deep sleep because of the medication. The shiver rising in Jion's heart was stirring up a storm inside him, but he didn’t want anyone to sense his emotions. Her mother gently held her and said, "Ramya, I can see that something's bothering you. You can tell me, you know." Ramya pulled back slightly, wiping her eyes, and gave a faint smile. "It's nothing, Mom. Just some work pressure." But her mother's concerned gaze lingered. "Are you sure? You don't have to hide anything from me." Ramya nodded, but deep inside, she couldn't shake off the worry. But her mother knew that wasn’t the truth. Ramya’s mind echoed with Druv’s words, "Before everything comes out, we need to uncover the truth." She made up her mind to connect the dots between Sia’s illness and her past, determined to solve the mystery. --- Druv sat in his room, carefully studying the reports. "How could this disease affect the loved ones of the same person twice?" he muttered to himself. Druv, lost in his thoughts, was trying to make sense of all the problems. The only thing on his mind was uncovering the truth behind Sia's illness and the secrets hiding behind it. He knew that Sia was trying her best to protect herself, but he also knew that something much bigger was hidden in front of him. He started reading the reports again. As he reached the bottom of the report, suspicion deepened in his eyes. "This... this report could be fake. But why? And who could have done this?"
