I get on a cab still in my uniforms
"Where to miss." the driver asks
"Royal Palms Hospital please."
I seat back and close my eyes,meditating calmness and patience because I don't trust myself,I might want to poke his eyes out when I see him.
"We're here miss."
"Thank you." I pay him and grab my bag.
I stand outside the hospital,mastering all the courage to go in. After about thirty seconds,I start to move my feet and go in.
When the receptionist sees me,her face changes. She stands and straightens then she speaks in a clipped tone.
