I just woke up with a headache. I also feel the swelling of my pearl. I stood up while caressing my forehead. I couldn't clearly remember what happened last night.

I was surprised to see myself in a room I wasn't familiar of. I was also shock to see myself wearing nothing but this white blanket that covered my body.

I was naked, it's means ...

Oh Gosh! What stupid things I did last night?

I immediately wear my clothes and go out of the room. I go to the front desk and asked her everything.

"You don't have to worry about the payment ma'am. Your boyfriend already paid your room." she smiled at me

"Boyfriend?" my eyebrows furrowed

"Yes the one you slept with last night, don't you remember? Oh, you two look great with each other. You'll make a lovely couple." she said

"F*ck. What did I do? U-Uhmm, thank you miss I have to go" I said as I walk away from her.

I took a taxi and drove home. While I'm in travel, different thoughts start running through my mind.

Who is he? Did we do something illegal?

Oh f*ck Scarlet! Of course you and him did it. Isn't it obvious you awake naked? But this is really a bad thing. I f*ck someone whom I don't know. I was really stupid! I never think before I act! Damn!

I should be careful next time or should I say I should not drink again anymore. It cause me too much trouble. Now, I need to came back to the reality that I should start looking for a job now since I was evicted in my former job.

"Scarlet! Thank God you're now here." Mom said while hugging me. "You made us worried, where have you been?" she said while caressing my face

"You arrived late. Where did you slept last night?" Dad stare at me for a moment

Uh-oh! Crap! I need to tell something! They might scold me if I tell them I had s*x with someone I don't know! You're really stupid Scarlet!

"Uh, I slept in Mitch's apartment. W-We celebrated last night cause... Uh w-we got promoted." I said as I tried to keep myself calm.

I hope they wouldn't notice that I lied to them. Sorry my dear parents but I can't let you know how stupid I am.

"Oh! That's great! We should celebrate also!" Mom smiled at me

The truth is I don't get promoted. I was evicted in my job because of my stupidness. They shouldn't know I lost my job. They will definitely be disappointed with me. As the breadwinner of the family, I have to work hard so that we can have something to eat every day. I have to double my efforts especially since I am also the one who is supporting the studies of my siblings who are in college already.

"Your brother and sister would be happy to know this. Congratulations on your promotion my dear!" Mom said then hug me again.

"I'm glad you reached this far Scarlet. Thank you for your efforts. I'm so proud of you." Dad said and caress my hair.

I think I'm about to cry. I was really selfish. I lied to them and they think I got promoted. I felt like I commit a great sin. How am I supposed to tell them that I don't have any job right now if they only rely to me?

"It's already 8 am, won't you be late for your work?" Mom asked me

Sh*t! I need to act again!

"Ah right Mom... I have to go.. Bye " I said as I waved my hands at them

I took a taxi to go to Mitch's apartment, luckily I caught up with him. I immediately went in and sat on his little couch

"Scarlet? OMG! Scarlet, how are you?" He came up to me and hugged me. "Your mom texted me last night saying you didn't come home. Where did you go? You worried us!"

"I'm not okay..."

"Still no update on Sir Henson? Didn't he call you to come back to the office?"

"It's not because of that Mitch, I'm really stupid."

"Huh! Why?" her eyebrows furrowed

"I'm not a virgin anymore."

She stood up and hit me with a pillow. Her brow furrowed but it was replaced by joy and she looked at me again.

"Who is the lucky guy who scored you?" she giggled

"Why are you smiling? You should be worried."

Well, she must be. She's my friend. Why she's happy that I got f****d by someone?

"I'm just happy because my friend has a s*x life! Finally! You're not a old woman anymore"

"You're really bad Mitch" I rolled my eyes at her

She come closer to me

"So who is the man?"

" I don't know him."

"Stupid!You had s*x with a stranger?" she hit me with a pillow again

"Ouch!" I hissed at her "Okay! Let me explain, I met him at the bar. I went to Sam's bar last night and he saved me from the crazy guys there."

"He's your knight in shining armor, huh. You didn't trick him, but he tricked you," he laughed.

"Unfortunately..." I let out a deep sighed

"So how was he? Is he good at bed?"

"Ew gross! Stop asking questions like that Mitch" I rolled my eyes again at her

"Hey let's be open minded. We are not kids anymore. Our age is perfect for marriage. "

"I bet you'll get married first. I have my own priorities for now."

She walk away from me and get her coffee from the table. She take a sip of it then turn her face to me again like as if she's going to ask gross questions again.

"What now?" I stare at her directly

"Last question, did you both... Umm... Use protection or contraceptives?"

"Sh*t!" I hold forehead then look at her again

"Why?" she look curios

"We didn't. We just do that thing without any protection."

"OMG! This is bad..." she bit her lower lip

"But... I'm not gonna be pregnant right? It was just one night. I mean I can't get easily pregnant by just a one night stand." I look at her nervously. It's not like I don't want to be a mother but I feel like I can't raise a child right now. I need to settle my family first.

"Let's hope that his sperm won't be that such powerful haha. It's not possible but I'm hoping it won't happened too. I know your not ready to become a mother." she chuckled

"Right, specially now that I don't have a stable job."

"Speaking of job, what you gonna do? Are you applying for another company?"

"I try to look for a job right now. Just don't tell anyone or even my parents that I don't have any job."

"It will be hard for you."

"Don't worry Mitch. I can handle myself. I know Mr. Henson won't accept me again so I must look for another company that needs my skills."

"Goodluck Scar. I have to go, Mr. Henson hates late comers. See you later." she chuckled again

"Thank you Mitch. See you."
