Flashback: The Truth

Lee Myung Soo back to his wife and son after knew that the debt had already gone. Suddenly he came to his family house and Lee Shin who just back from part time job got angry when seeing his dad.

"Mom, why he is here?" asked Lee Shin who just back to home.

"Lee Shin. Sit down first" Lee Shin's mother said telling Lee Shin to calmed down.

"How can I sit down with someone who abandoned me?" Lee Shin asked his mother because he really hated his father now.

"If he doesn't go. I will be the one who goes" Lee Shin said and left the house.

"Lee Shin dont go" Lee Shin's mother said but didn't run to catch him.

Lee Shin was crying and calling Kim Dan but unfortunately Kim Dan's phone was dying so he can't reach him. He became more down after knowing that Kim Dan can't be reach, he felt that Kim Dan also abandoned him too like his father.

"You can't do this to me. Not even you" Lee Shin squatting on the Street and crying.

Suddenly the Rain poured down which made Lee Shin cry so hard.

"What a beautiful day" Said Lee Shin while crying.

His crying can't be heard because of the rain, Lee Shin crying on top of his lung because he felt annoyed and angry. Lee Shin decided to stay in the motel for that night and Kim Dan who just finished his blind date that night called Lee Shin but Lee Shin didn't pick it up because he felt angry towards Kim Dan.

"Why didn't he pick his phone?" asked Kim Dan to himself when he called Lee Shin many times.

Kim Dan left a message for Lee Shin but Lee Shin didn't read it either. His mother also called him and told him to go back home but Lee Shin said he won't go back home when his father is still there.

"Lee Shin, you should forgive him, he is still your father" Lee Shin's mom begging Lee Shin.

But Lee Shin didn't care about it and closed the phone.

"AKHHHHHHH... I hate him (refer to his father)... I hate my mom too. Why is she so weak towards him? He already abandoned us and left a lot of debt even though it does not exist anymore" said Lee Shin because he is frustrated.

Suddenly he remember why suddenly his debt gone like that. Even though it was suspicious but he was happy that he didn't have burden anymore.

"Why suddenly the debt gone like that?" said Lee Shin to himself.

Meanwhile Lee Shin thinking about many things, Kim Dan still tried to find Lee Shin. He even went to Lee Shin house and met Lee Shin Parents.

"Hello. I am Lee Shin's friend" said Kim Dan while bowing to Lee Shin mother.

"Yeah. I remember you. You were the one who help us" said Lee Shin's mother.

"Come inside" she continued.

"Thank you" Kim Dan replied and went inside.

"Do you want something to drink? Tea or juice?" asked Lee Shin's mother.

"No. Thank you. I just want to know if Lee Shin at home or not because I can't contact him" said Kim Dan.

"Ah... Lee Shin is not home right now. Something happened and he go outside" said Lee Shin's mother while felt guilty.

"Do you know where he go?" Kim Dan asked.

"I dont know either. If you meet him please tell him to back" Lee Shin's mother begging to Kim Dan while touching Kim Dan's hand.

"You don't need to find him. A son like him is not worry" said Lee Myung Soo who came out from the room.

"Why you come outside?" asked Lee Shin's mother.

"Why I can't go outside in my own house" Lee Myung Soo said arrogantly.

"Ahh... This is Lee Shin's father" Lee Shin's mother introduced her husband to Kim Dan.

"Hello. uncle, I am Lee Shin's friend. Kim Dan" said Kim Dan introducing himself.

"Kim Dan?" asked Lee Myung Soo because Kim Dan's name sounds familiar to him.

"Yes. My name is Kim Dan" Kim Dan answered.

"Lee Shin is not home so you can go now" said Lee Myung Soo kicked Kim Dan from his house.

"Yeah. I will go now. Thank you" Kim Dan answered.

"Are you really want to go? You can stay here longer" said Lee Shin's mother.

"No, Thank you. I need to find Lee Shin" Kim Dan said and left the House after saying goodbye to Lee Shin's parents.

Until next morning Kim Dan can't find Lee Shin, he can't sleep properly because thinking about Lee Shin. When he went to school, he was waiting for Lee Shin but Lee Shin didn't come to school. It turned out that Lee Shin back to home.

"Lee Shin where were you going? You made me worried" said Lee Shin's mother.

"Is he still here?" asked Lee Shin.

"Yes, your father still sleep" Lee Shin's mother answered.

"Hah, mom I can't live with him so if you choose him you won't live with me" Lee Shin said giving his mom option.

"What are you saying? We are family, we should stay together" Lee Shin's mom said.

"I don't think so. He abandoned us with a lot of debt. If the debt not gone, he won't back to us. Mom he never think us as family, please get your self together. He just takes advantage of us. He is trash, not even human" said Lee Shin.

Lee Shin's mother slapped him for talking bad about his father.

"You can't say that about your father" Lee Shin's mother said after slapped Lee Shin.

Lee Shin was shocked and can't believe that his mother will do that to him.

"Okay. I know the answer. You choose him. I will go, never contact me again" said Lee Shin and went into room to took his clothes.

"I am sorry. I didnt mean to slap you" Lee Shin's said while following Lee Shin.

"Why you are so noisy?" said Lee Myung Soo who got bother by Lee Shin and his mother voice.

"Oh, you are here bad son" said Lee Myung Soo who already outside and saw Lee Shin in his room packing his belongings.

"Oh you want to abandoned your parents now. What a ungrateful person" said Lee Myung Soo to Lee Shin.

Lee Shin who igonored Lee Myung Soo words can't take it anymore after hearing what he said.

"Abandoned? Do you think do you have right to say that?" asked Lee Shin who stopped packing his clothes after hearing what Lee Myung Soo said.

"You are the one who abandoned us with a lot of debt. Mom and I need to work to pay the debt off even working 24 hours is not enough. We only ate ramyun or Kimbab and now you back here after knowing that the debt is gone. Hah, f**k I can't even swear to you because its not worth it. I won't say much, its useless" Lee Shin said all what he felt towards his dad.

After saying it, Lee Shin left with his belongings.

"Mom, if you want to left that person, come to me. I will let you know where I am live" said Lee Shin's to his mother before really go.

His father chase after him.

"Hey, Do you still be friend with Kim Dan?" shouted Lee Myung Soo on the Street.

Lee Shin stopped hearing Kim Dan name.

"Do you know that he is the one who made us into this situation? If not because of him, you don't need to going through all the hard ship" Lee Myung Soo continued.

Lee Shin was thinking what his father meant about that. Why Kim Dan is the reason of the suffering that he had?
