Shifting and running around has to be the most exhausting thing I have ever done. My eyes closed the moment my body sank into the mattress, but when I opened them a little while later I wasn’t in my bed. The familiar sound of the rushing water and whispering wind tells me where I am. The Moon Goddess brought me back to her once more. I hear a rustling in the trees behind me and turn to see the most beautiful multicolored wolf I could ever see. “Ashira?” I whisper, the wolf’s tail immediately wagging as she nods her head. I rush to her, doing my best to wrap my arms around her very large body. I pet her and nuzzle into her fur knowing this is the only chance I’ll ever have to interact with her this way. “You two love each other so much,” the soft, melodic voice of the Moon Goddess says.
