CHAPTER FIFTEEN Harley was still thinking about Callaway’s story as they passed the sign reading, “SHILOWA NATIONAL MONUMENT,” which was situated across the road from a crumbling maze of stone walls built around a giant sandstone outcropping. Despite the differences between herself and Callaway (and there were many), they had one significant thing in common: Both had joined the Bureau due to the loss of a loved one early in life.
