I got away from the bus driver quite quickly, so quickly that I thought for once I had lady luck on my side. It rarely happened that things would go exactly the way I planned, especially when it was a plan I had made without much thought.
I continued running as fast as I could, taking the heavy bag. Finally, I had to stop; my load was too much.
"I should have probably had a destination in mind," I thought as I looked around. I realized I was in the middle of nowhere. If I had a plan earlier, I might have stopped at a hotel or somewhere to stay for the night. Now, I had no idea where to go.
