"So tell me, how was it?"
"Alright"
"Just alright?"
Dia raised her eyebrow. What was she expecting? Oh, my honeymoon was amazing, my husband, whom I barely know by the way, and I, had the time of our lives watching sunsets and making love till sunrise! Honestly in Dia's mind Rowland was always very naive. A few weeks ago she told her that she and Christian would one day fall in love through the power of fate. She always believed Diamond and Christian were destined to be together from the moment she laid eyes on her. Dia, regardless of her delusions, she liked Rowland very much. In fact, she was the only one she liked in this new house.
"What? Did you expect something romantic to happen?"
"No!... Yes.... Maybe." Dia brushed Rowland's blonde hair from her face and kissed her forehead,
"Baby, this is real life, not a fairytale. And your brother is not Prince Charming, well at least not mine anyways"
"He is, he just doesn't know it yet" the 15 year old smiled sheepishly.
Dia chuckled and lightly shook her head about to protest but was interrupted by A6 tapping her office door
"A minute please Miss Zone..." he paused right when he caught a glimpse of her enormous wedding ring. Realizing his mistake, he corrected himself "Mrs Towers"
"I'm gonna grab something to eat okay? Later." Rowland kissed Dia's cheek and hoped out of the room with A6 closing the door behind her.
"Talk to me" Dia said
"June was there." He replied.
Dia let out a frustrated sight as he continued,
"I spoke to H6 and she said June was in Paris for a couple of days"
"Unbelievable, Christian risked us getting blasted by the public for a couple of days with his w***e!? Is he just dense or what?" Dia couldn't believe it. They were on a honeymoon in Paris that everyone knew about. One wrong picture by paparazzi and their arrangement would have been blown sky high. All this just to f**k June? Son of a b***h! she cursed in her mind. A6 noticed his boss' clenched jaw.
"If you want me to-"
"No. I will talk to him myself. Tell H6 to never let that b***h out of her sight, got it?"
"Yes ma'am" he was about to head out but he stopped himself "I'm sorry Diamond, you deserve better-"
"Make sure you are ready for the Titan Launch Party in time. You're dismissed" she cut him. She knew if she let him talk she would breakdown. Its only been two weeks since she married and it was already taking a toll on her mind. The Launch Party would gain supporters in her favour to run this company as a CEO and major shareholder along with her sister. She couldn't afford to mess this up, her feelings about this whole situation would just get in the way.
Deep down inside though she wanted to hug A6, she wanted him to console her, to stop being A6, her coded bodyguard and just be Jake, her safe place, her escape from it all. But like she told Rowland, this was reality and she was now a married woman, a CEO, there was no room for "safe place" and "escapes"
With that she left the room to keep herself from doing something stupid.

Emma felt the silence in the car to be deafening so she decide to go through the points again. She cleared her throat dramatically to capture Dia and Christian's attention.
"Jason Fort from Fortnight will be there, make sure you stay a step ahead of him. H6 says that he has had people go in and out of Titan Corp for the past week. Chances are he has been trying to get a leg up-"
"Its fine Emma. I know what I doing" Dia interrupted her assistant, "everything will work out fine as long as certain people don't get in the way" Christian raised his eyes from the phone
"Got a problem?" he spat
"Keep your b***h out of the way and then we won't" Dia shot back
"Her name is June, show some respect" he smirked "even if you are jealous"
"Bless your heart, you really think you are desirable don't you?"
"Then why are you mad about Paris? I mean that is what you are mad about right?"
"This is exactly why your precious hotel was attacked; your brain is too f****d up to think. Her presence in Paris could have caused and issues"
"But it didn't"
"Because my team was there to handle it. H6 told me she had to hack, steal and threaten in order for us to not have a page six scandal"
"Good, then she is doing what she is being paid for. You own a security company, the best in the business, it's your job to make sure we don't have scandalous"
Dia reached across the seat, grabbed his tie and yanked him closer to her face, "I don't have resources to waste Cris, and I am not your PR manager, I am your wife! Keep your w***e and d**k in check and we won't have issues" Christian grabbed her hand and tightened his grip. His perfectly chiseled jaw clenched hard, and his muscles flexed under his shirt. His thick brows furrowed as he eyed her sternly. Features that could make any woman swoon, yet Dia, despite noticing remained unwavered in her stance.
"Don't you ever talk about June that way, and if you know what's best for you, I suggest you don't threaten her or me again" Christian was intimidating, even Dia as tough as she was, had to admit it, at least to herself. There was something in his tone, something deep and intense about the way he spoke that scared her yet calmed her rage at the same time. She couldn't quite put her finger on it. It was that same tone that forced her to loosen her grip on him.
"I think we are here" Emma chimed in relief "I know you two have you issues but remember you have the same goal. Titan Corp is launching a powerful tool that Zone has to grab at all costs. Being associates with them Christian, a will give a good impression to the public and customers, considering the epic fail of the last few months. And you Diamond, you need the board to have faith in your leadership. Seal this deal and you are headed in the right direction"
Titan Corp was a powerhouse. They made some of the best security gadgets known to men. Two years ago they brought to media attention their Dark Fighter camera that could be used in almost total darkness to detect movements using sound frequencies. This image could later on be scanned into HD photos to reveal the source of activities. It was this deal that Michael Zone, Dia's dad snatched and sealed tight that put Zone and the most powerful private security company in the States.
With dad gone, every move Diamond made could make or break Zone's reputation. And with all the doubts the board had of a 25 year old running a multimillion dollar company, she needed to seal this deal. The marriage was one thing but this, this was another. This was lives, money and futures at stake.
"Your hand" her thoughts were interrupted
"What?"
"We are a newly married couple who just came from Paris and are ready to take the world. The least we could do is look the part."
She put her hand in his and they laced them together. The second she stepped out of the car the cameras started flashing. They were everywhere, the paparazzi, of course.
How is the happy couple?
Did you enjoy Paris?
Do you think you can snatch the deal?
When can we expect some babies?
The two ignored them and let Emma handle it. She loved these things. They headed inside with A6 close behind keeping watch. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. The last time he had this feeling, Dia's parents died. He was a little tense, paranoid almost. Maybe this being Diamond's first public appearance since the wedding was getting to him. Diamond noticed but had to keep her composure, she was in public.
Once they entered the room everyone turned and gaped. Their presence seemed powerful and could almost could be felt at an unexplainable level. Diamond straightened up and smiled confidently as Christian led her down the stairs. The men kept staring at her medium length dress. They admired the red that looked hypnotising against her chocolate brown skin. It hugged her hourglass figure in all the right places. Her perfectly curly hair gelled into a puff ponytail drew the attention of the women. You could almost taste their envy in the atmosphere. Her movements were celestial, with every step being breathtaking.

She of course noticed the attention. Sometimes mother does know best, she thought to herself. Her mother, Cassie always told her, "if they dont gape at you when you enter, you have already lost."Rule number one of winning the billionaire game! Unbeknownst to most, she was already miles ahead of everyone from sealing her deal with Titan Corp.
Christian didn't want to show it but this made him feel powerful, the idea of having a girl that everyone envied but couldn't have. Not that she was property but that she was a prize that was too high for anyone to aim for, let alone claim.
Reaching at the bottom of the stairs they were greeted with a surprise
"Now that is how you make an entrance"
Dia turned in shock "Uncle Titus!"
