Flashback continued....
Watching Melissa stomping through the yard only meant that she was highly irritated at her mother. Nathan had heard the yelling from his car, silently watching as the neighbors began to poor out of their house's. All wondering no doubt what had happened inside the house upon hearing the screaming coming from Melissa. When she arrived at his car opening the door, she jumped in slamming it. Huffing and puffing from anger as she buckled her seat belt turning to look through the car window as Nathan took off back down the driveway. All the awkward stares at his car made him uncomfortable, but he knew that Melissa was right, doing what her mother wanted to make her happy, would in turn make Melissa miserable.
" You could have saved my door back there." Nathan jokingly
