Here's Episode 3 of "Alpha's Half-Breed Mate" Episode 3: "The Pack's Secret" Ava woke up to the sound of Ryder's voice, low and husky, as he spoke to someone in the hallway. She sat up in bed, rubbing the sleep from her eyes, and swung her legs over the side of the bed. As she stood up, Ava felt a sense of unease wash over her. She had never spent the night in a stranger's house before, and the fact that Ryder was an alpha werewolf made her even more nervous. But as she made her way to the kitchen, Ava was greeted by the warm smile of Ryder's beta, a werewolf named Liam. He was tall and lean, with piercing blue eyes and a mop of messy brown hair. "Good morning," Liam said, as he poured Ava a cup of coffee. "I trust you slept well?" Ava nodded, taking the cup from Liam. "Yeah, thanks," she said, as she took a sip of the coffee. As they ate breakfast, Ava couldn't help but notice the way the pack interacted with each other. They were warm and welcoming, but there was also a sense of tension underlying their interactions. As they finished up breakfast, Ryder stood up, his eyes fixed intently on Ava. "I need to speak with you," he growled, his voice low and husky. Ava felt a surge of fear as she stood up, following Ryder out of the kitchen. They walked in silence, the only sound being the crunch of gravel beneath their feet. As they reached the edge of the forest, Ryder turned to Ava, his eyes burning with intensity. "I need to tell you something," he growled, his voice low and husky. "Something that could put you in danger." Ava's heart pounded in her chest as she looked up at Ryder. What could he possibly want to tell her? "What is it?" Ava demanded, trying to keep her voice steady. Ryder's eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing. "The pack is in danger," he growled, his voice low and husky. "There's a rogue werewolf on the loose, one who's been attacking our pack members." Ava's eyes widened in shock. A rogue werewolf? That was serious. "What do you need me to do?" Ava demanded, trying to keep her voice steady. Ryder's eyes burned with intensity. "I need you to stay close to me," he growled, his voice low and husky. "I need you to trust me." Ava hesitated, unsure of what to do. But as she looked into Ryder's eyes, she felt a sense of trust wash over her. She knew that he would do everything in his power to keep her safe. "Okay," Ava said finally, her voice barely above a whisper. Ryder's eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing. "Good," he growled, his voice low and husky. "Because I'm not going to let anything happen to you." As Ryder turned to walk back to the house, Ava felt a sense of relief wash over her. She knew that she was in good hands with Ryder. But as they walked, Ava couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. The pack seemed to be hiding something from her, and she was determined to find out what it was. As they reached the house, Ava saw Liam standing in the doorway, a look of concern etched on his face. "What's wrong?" Ava demanded, as she pushed past Ryder to get to Liam. Liam's eyes flicked to Ryder, then back to Ava. "It's the rogue werewolf," he growled, his voice low and husky. "He's been spotted in the area." Ava's heart pounded in her chest as she looked at Ryder. What did this mean? But before she could ask any questions, Ryder's phone rang, shrill in the silence. Ryder answered, his eyes narrowing as he listened to the person on the other end. Ava could sense his tension, his body coiled and ready to spring. As he hung up the phone, Ryder's eyes locked onto Ava's. "We have a problem," he growled, his voice low and husky. Ava's heart pounded in her chest as she looked at Ryder. What was happening? But before she could ask any questions, Ryder turned and walked away, leaving Ava to follow him. As they walked, Ava couldn't shake the feeling that something was off.
