THE GIRL HE LOVES

While Christine is living with her parents Daryl is in America to study but he is having a hard time to cope up with the lessons, even though that he is in college it is really hard for him for different kind of reasons, first he is far away from home, he is home sick, second he does not have the self esteem that he can finish his course. Truth to be told Daryl is not really smart no matter how easy the lesson is no matter how minor the subject is he is always having a hard time to understand but Christine was always by his side teaching him everything he does not know and she always listen to his rants to matter how minor the problem is, as long as he need a friend she will always be by his side, no matter what time it is as long as he needs a shoulder to cry on Christine was always by his side, this is one of her characteristics that made him fall for her and so many more, he misses her.

There are some classmates or even other batch of girls who are trying to flirt with him, but for him no one can replace the girl who is waiting for him to get home, the girl who he wants to be with, the girl who he wants to marry, this became his motivation, it motivates him to focus on his studies in order to get good grades. It is common for people his age to party and drink until they become wasted but almost everyone who is studying in their university was at the party but Daryl is in his dormitory studying he needs to focus, he needs to achieve his dream, he is studying in a small desk with a lamp on it and a pile of books that he needs to read.Whenever he feels suffocated and he wants a motivation he will always look at the picture frame besides his table, it was the picture of his family with Christine.

Days have passed, days became weeks, weeks became years. It is finally his graduation day and today is the day he will fly on the way home. He will be with his family again, he will see their faces with a smile, now that he is done with his college degree he wants to pursue and build a business, this is his lo ng time dream, but first he has to propose to the girl that he loves the most.

After his graduation he bought a ticket and flew all the way in order for him to get home, the first thing that in his mind right now is to meet his parents, he wants to show them his certificate, he was so excited that his cheeks are aching because he keeps on smiling like a lunatic, but in the reality he was only happy that he will see his parents and his girlfriend again. The moment the airplane landed he stood up and started to walk outside the airport, he was so excited he was imaging what facial expression his family will give to him, because he surprised them for starters they do not even know that today is his graduation day and that he saved an enough amount of money for him to bought a ticket and to surprise them, he even bought a Krispy kreme as an souvenir, he hail a taxi and went inside in it and gave his home address, he was anxious he does not know what the reason is but he has a feeling that something bad will happen, but he did not think to much about it. The moment a taxi stopped at an address that he gave, he paid for his fare and the moment he opened the car door and stepped outside he saw a Mercedes-Benz stopped near their home. He saw an oldman with a suit and wearing a Rolex watch.
