GREAT PARENTS

Daryl POV

I laugh at everything Christine did, she can make me smile, she can make me laugh and she is the one who knows how to defend me. At a very young age I liked this person, I liked how she made me smile; I liked how she defended me in front of everyone. For the first time in my whole life I have a friend who knows how to defend me.

As the time passed Christine parents came to talk to the principal and so are Daryl’s parents

Christine POV

I am so dead why did I do that to my teacher, but hey he deserves it. My mom came out of the principal's office with a gloomy face and my dad is trying not to laugh.

Candice’s POV (Christine’s Mom)

I can’t believe that Richard this is the first time that we came to the principal office, why did she do that? She will never act recklessly. Those kids did something to her and I knew it, I can feel it in my gut. If I ever know that those kids are bullying her or trying to hurt her so help me god, I will hurt those kids even though they are just kids.

Christine Mother said while her husband is rubbing her back

Robert (Christine’s Dad)

Honey, relax, we should talk to our daughter first to know what really happened there. If she is experiencing bullying I will be glad to enroll her in taekwondo classes.

The two look at each other and laugh. Christine saw this and ran toward her parents, she hugged each of them, and started to explain what really happened. After everything she saw her mother filled with range, this is the first time that she saw her mother like that, her mother is always loving, caring and a gentle person. But she will not be gentle when someone tries to hurt her only child.

Christine’s mother went to the principal office again and this time she is alone with the principal. Christine looked at her father and asked him if she was mad at her. Her father knelt down to her level and hugged her

Robert (Christine’s Dad)

Baby your Mom and I are not mad at you instead we are sad because you did not said anything to us when you are experiencing those stuff, baby those stuff are not mild not at all you have to come to an adult and talk to someone, we are just happy that Daryl heard it and try to avenge you. But next time talk to daddy or mommy, okay? But I do hope that there is no next time. Now where is that little man? I want to talk to him.

Daryl came toward Christine's father and said “sir”, Daryl and Christine’s father are not that close because whenever he will visit Christine her father is always working.

Robert (Christine’s dad) POV

Hello little man thank you for trying to protect my little princess, we might not be close because I am always at my work whenever you visit my princess but I know that you are a great kid Daryl, and your parents raised you well, how about a I treat you an ice cream with Christine while her mom is still talking to the principal. “But sir, my parents are still in there,” Daryl said. It’s okay your mom and my wife are close. Trust me they will be fine and as long as you are with me I know that your parents will not need to worry.

Christine, her father and Daryl came out of the school and drove to the nearest ice cream shop that they could find. Christine orders a strawberry Ice cream, Daryl orders a bubblegum ice cream and her father orders a peppermint ice cream. The three are laughing like there is no tomorrow.

After they have eaten an ice cream, Robert drives and drops Daryl to his home. Once Daryl entered his home he was smiling ear to ear. He was happy that Christine’s father liked him and treated him to an ice cream. He was hugged by his parents and said that they are proud of him and laughed at him when he was telling them what he did to his classmates.

Once Christine was home she opened the door and saw her mother smiling at her and she already prepared the dinner for her. Once they are all seated they say grace and talk to each other.

Candice (Christine’s Mom) POV

Baby the next time something like that happens you will tell us it is either to your father or me. Do we understand each other?

Yes Mom Christine answered her mother. Robert started to talk, honey I already talked to Christine about it, she understands everything now tell us what did you tell to her principal?

Candice (Christine’s Mom) POV

I just gave him a piece of my mind, that is that I will tell the directors what are happening to this school and they are trying to blame everything toward Christine and Daryl. There are also some students who told the principal what happened. He apologized to me and said that it will never happen again. I said that they should make sure of it or else I will post to the social media how incompetent and how they treat their students, I am not paying them to yell at my daughter or to Daryl. Before they act they should investigate it properly and should act immediately, and about those kids' parents I told them to raise their children well or I will be the one who will teach their kids a lesson that they would never forget.

With this they all laugh

Christine POV

I have great parents. I hope everyone does too, and I hope tomorrow will be a great day she said it to herself. Mom, Dad thank you for being supportive parents, thank you for loving me, thank you for taking care of me even though I am stubborn sometimes.

With this she gave them a kiss on their cheeks.
