Alisa I walk into the Alpha’s parlour flanked by my guards. I’m so nauseous with fear that I can barely breathe. Katrina and Hannah hold no power over me anymore, but they still terrify me. A lifetime of cruelty and harsh punishments doesn’t go away overnight. Derrick gets up the moment I enter, loudly clears his throat, and turns to Katrina and Hannah. “Stand for your Luna.” The colour drains from Katrina’s face as she stands up.
