ROMAN’S POV
Elijah laughed loudly, before growling back at Roman.
“Can’t you see," he says, pointing towards Roman.
“Does he look like someone in control of his actions?”
“We need to come together to cut off these spies the Rogues have planted among our midst.”
“Enough!,” Gabriel shouted, standing up as he faced Elijah.
“Mr Fisher,” Gabriel says, turning towards Roman’s father.
“The council has come to an agreement, the girl would be allowed to stay, provided you and your family would be willing to take her in.”
“Her health will be monitored daily and any slight changes will be reported back to Alpha Regan. Is that understood?”
Roman sighed in relief, excited with the fact that Emily would be staying with him.
His father nodded, before turning to discuss with his mother.
