The mechanism of work of "Selective Blindness"; Hyner has the ability to influence both vision and existence. Starting with vision: if Hyner does not want you to see something, for example his holder flying up in the air, but still wants the people around you to see it, he will remove the holder from your ability of perception, you would simply not be able to see them, and only feel them if you manage to accidentally touch. On a second level, Hyner can influence the entity or object itself, making it invisible for every other living thing. Hyner creates a sphere around what he wants gone, and that sphere moves with the movement of what's inside of it, so that whatever it is, it remains invisible until the spirit decides otherwise.

This ability is most used when a celestial being comes from the cosmos to visit the earth, while the holders deal with the entity, Hyner would cover the places where havoc is being wreaked and the entity itself, so that to the outside world, nothing is happening, and peace can be maintained.

When Hyner has to hide many big entities, magic, and places, it takes a toll on him, and he usually leaves his holder for a while after it, something that will inevitably happen one day with Tedra.
