The guy gave a single blow with the hammer that shattered his tooth. He raised it again.

" Stop ! I-I will do whatever you want ", I yelled.

" Good. Don't try to act smart. I don't want to smash the mesmerising face of yours. And more importantly, Don't think anyone would come to save you because we put all the men to sleep by gently patting them with our hammer", they chuckled and left our unconscious doctor at the same place.

Without any further talks they stepped inside the asylum. They showed a picture in his phone, " Where's this girl ? "

I grabbed his phone and gazed at the image. It was a young girl with a familiar face... Wait....She's Jaanu.

I switched my vision from the image to his face and to the image and again to his face.

He snapped his fingers, "What ? Lost in thoughts? "

" N-No, she's....."

" She's where ? ", he took a step closer and I took a step backwards. His curious eyes searched the answer into my frightened eyes.

" She's here. She's here. Don't hurt me. I will take you to her cell ", my shivering hands grabbed the keys and I walked towards Janagi's cell.

They chuckled.

" No need to panick Latha. Once we get her, we'll disappear like a dust ", one of them said as the three shadows followed me from behind.

" I need to do something. I need to do something.....", my mind burned. " Yes that's it. While they are busy at taking Janagi out of the cell, I should sneak to my cabin and call the cops. Don't panic, don't panic don't panic Latha. You got this. You can do this ", I told myself.

" This a poultry farm. If one hen wakes, the entire place will be filled with cackling sounds. So keep your holes shut ", said the one who asked about Janagi.

How could he call our asylum a poultry. I felt like I was stabbed with needles. But I was too afraid to talk back to him. They were way too much cool in their work. No tensions, no worries and no urges. And that's what frightens me the most.

We reached the cell. Mohini and Janagi were fast asleep. "Sorry Jaanu. "

I turned towards them and pointed her bed inside the cell.

One of them took his phone, gazed at the image and Janagi. The other two were hiding something behind.

My nose detected a sweet smell. The smell is very familiar. " What are you hiding ?", I asked with my lowest voice.

One of them pointed towards the rooftop and asked," There's a big hole in your rooftop ".

" What ?", I looked upwards and suddenly he covered my mouth with his kerchief. The sweet smell became stronger.

" Easy ! Easy ! Just some chloroform. You will sleep for a while ", his right hand held my entire body while his left pressed the kerchief against my face.

"Mm-uhh-Mmmm.....".
