Brittany Woodsworth Surprisingly, I did sleep. But not until I had taken the most luxurious bubble bath, slipped into a pair of silky soft pajamas, and devoured a bowl of sweet potato soup. The heat of the paprika calmed all my jitters, and I finished off my food therapy with a steaming mug of chamomile tea. After brushing my teeth, I was barely able to move my limbs across the huge bedroom and throw myself into bed. I sighed the deepest sigh of my life as I slid into the covers.
