Vida's POV.
“You can't hate us, Vida, we're you and you're us.” He said gently but I just scoffed, hoping that whatever s**t he was saying wasn't true… though something in me wished it was true.
Kaden returned with the first aid kit, and they carefully began treating my wounds. As Kieran cleaned the scrape on my ankle, Kaden tended to the cuts on my hands. “You need to be more careful,” Kaden chided gently, his touch surprisingly tender. “We don’t want you getting hurt.”
“Then stop shutting me out,” I whispered, not meeting their eyes. The tension in the room was high, and my emotions were all over the place. I hated feeling so vulnerable, so out of control, my feelings were so messed up and I hate it.
