Vida’s POV.
I lifted my gaze, and Sienna's eyes locked onto mine, her face ablaze with fury. I swallowed hard, my throat constricting.
"Si—" I began, but before I could finish, her hand flashed up, and she slapped me with a resounding crack.
My eyes widened in shock, and I rubbed my stinging chin, my voice trembling. "W-what did I do?" I stuttered, my mind racing.
Sienna's eyes rolled heavenward, her expression disdainful. "Ask me again," she sneered, her voice dripping with venom.
I struggled to stand, but Sienna's grip was unyielding, pulling me back down with a force that left me breathless. The hallway was now a blur of curious students gathering around us, their faces a mix of shock and excitement. I swallowed hard, my throat constricting in fear.
