After pulling the canoe up onto shore, I flipped it over and tied it off to a nearby tree. I was a lot calmer now than I was when I woke up this morning. Don’t get me wrong, I was still pissed at Luca, but at least had the day of ignoring him and focused on the thoughts in my own head and what I wanted to do when we were done with this quest that the Moon Goddess has sent us on. I kept going over and over everything that has happened in my head and until now, I had a clear path, but now I was not so sure. I was raised to be right by his side, no matter what but all of that seems to be changing so fast.
