Chapter 36

~Oliver~

Tyra, Lucas and Michael start playing their instruments, well...Tyra plays the drums as Dylan is being a stubborn annoying pain in the ass, and Azura is doing amazing, she coughed just before starting to sing, then off she went with singing, and I know she's my friend but she is genially doing amazing. Tyra, Michael and Lucas are all smiling and getting along brilliant with Azura, they're all smiling, even Azura, she was born to be a performer. Eden is looking extremely impressed, then Marcus although smiling as well as myself, comes over right next to me and starts whispering "what is wrong with AJ?" Marcus asks, just then Azura coughs a little as she then goes into a handstand on one hand holding the microphone in the other. We all cheer as she then stands back up and carries on "what do you mean? She's singing amazing, plus she is impressing everyone especially with that stunt just then, she looks ok to me" I say acting dumb as I remember what Azura said to me, so I'm not wanting to go behind her back and piss her off, she's too scary for that. But Marcus is in training as a police officer so he's a bit wiser than that "I'm not stupid Oliver, she's coughing a lot. She says she's fine, just 'a bit under the weather', I don't believe that though, I think there's more to it" "I don't know man, I told you what she told me" I begin "either way, she's impressing everyone including Dylan, even if he never admits it" at this moment in time, I couldn't be prouder of Azura although I didn't know she could sing doing a one-handed handstand.

After my whisper conversation with Marcus we go back to watching Azura, it's like a whole new person is in the body of Azura, because she is actually enjoying herself and it's not someone else's expense. When Azura finishes the song, Tyra, Michael, and Lucas stop playing their instruments and Azura finishes singing, when Azura stops singing she then performs a stunt I've never seen anyone perform, she like done a front-flip...but then slides forward on her knees, while doing the rocker devil horns with her hand. We all stare at her our mouths agape "impressive Miss. Xor" Eden says as we then all start clapping and cheering, Dylan's mouth was still on the floor with only a slight blink now and again. Azura gets the tissue out as she coughs badly again, I don't think Azura heard Eden very well with us all clapping and cheering because she had a very confused expression and the way Eden talks would make it hard for Azura to lipread.

We finish clapping and cheering, then Eden speaks again "I'd like to chat with you please, just me and you" "of course man, can you jus urm...I'll come and see you in a minute man, I need to run the bog" with that Azura bolts it out the room, I still can't believe how fast she runs.

After Azura left Eden asks "what's a bog?" Marcus answers as the rest of us shrugged our shoulders "it's what she calls the toilet or bathroom" "I'm going to go with her, if I can catch up with her to make sure she doesn't get lost....again" I say when Eden then says "ok, well, I'm going to my office now. Take her there when she's done" I nod then leave the room to try to catch up with Azura and go with her to make sure she's ok.

After Oliver and Azura leave the room, Eden then turns back to us "I'll see you all soon" then turns and leaves the room, then I'm next to speak "ok, so you've all heard her sing now. She's not feeling very well, but she still sang, she still performed. Now we decide if she joins or not, I know what I choose, but we will do this fair" then we all talk amongst ourselves again.

I see Azura rush into the bathroom so I follow, when I enter I call out "AJ?" I was met with Azura answering "here" so I walk to the stall that I heard her call from "is it ok if I open the door?" I ask "sure" came the reply, I open the stall door and see that Azura is throwing up and is also coughing violently, blood coming out as she does. Her long messy hair is hanging very close to her face, so to avoid her getting vomit and blood in her hair, I hold her hair back for her. 

As I'm holding her hair back I say "I understand if not, but I'd really appreciate it if tonight, you would come to mine to freshen up and stay. Please, will you? I don't care about the police, I only care about you. The police are not my friend, but you are" "will it shut you up for now?" Azura asks as she's still got her head over the toilet bowl, I just give a simple nod "yes it will" "fine then" Azura pauses for a moment as she coughs "thanks" she finishes "for what?" I ask confused as to what she was thanking me for "carin" "you don't have to thank me" but Azura cuts me off "I do dude, except for my twin who I lost and Marco, I haven't had anyone care for, or about me" my heart broke when Azura said that, how could you not care about her? The kid grows onto you "that's all in the past, now, you have me and Marcus" I begin "I promise, some way, I don't know I don't know how, but your twin will be found" "thanks" came the reply as she then gets back to vomiting and coughing.
