“ We were a lot of friends together we don’t have any parents but we know a person who used to give us food exchange of work , Dolton was the first person I knew , he was always at my side one day he and I decided to escape from that man because he torture us for his own satisfaction , one night we were escaping from the house but our friends hold our path and bagged us to take them with us , we took them and ran away but the man couldn’t accept this and he tries to hunt us down , he killed all our friends and we were the only one left , he caught us but Roth saved us during the attack on his house and he asked us to serve him from then we only work for him , our whole life is nothing but rotten steak which you couldn’t eat .... “
Connor said ,
“ Sorry to hear that I hope everything will be okay .... “
Sam replied ,
“ I don’t think so things will gonna be okay for me , I have lost everyone I know ..... “
Connor said ,
“ You will find new one’s I’m sure .... “
Sam asked ,
“ Anyways what’s your story ? “
Connor replied ,
“ My Story are my friends but unfortunately like yours my parents died infect all my friends parents died in an accident which was caused by a org ... after that Dave was the one who taken care of us but few years later Dave broke the group and everyone chooses his path .... “
Sam said ,
“ Quiet sad , how many of your friends are ? “
Connor replied ,
“ We are 7 .... “
Sam said ,
“ At least you have good number of friends with you .... “
Connor asked ,
“ Hey can I ask you something ? “
Sam replied ,
“ ask ? “
Connor said ,
“ Can you tell me something , how you felt when you lost your all friends ? “
Sam replied ,
“ It’s the most heart breaking feel in world , it’s like someone put a 10 tone heavy load on your chest and you can’t get out of this pain ever .... “
Connor got sad and worried , Sam asked him ,
“ Why do you ask that ? “
Connor replied ,
“ Nothing just something I can’t stop thinking about it .... “
Sam asked ,
“ If you have something to share , you can , you can tell me as your friend .... “
Connor replied ,
“ 2 days ago I had dream , I was at our old house , our parents standing at the entrance in row , I stepped inside the house and I saw Dave was crying on our dead bodies , all of us are dead except Dave , I hold Dave’s shoulder but he couldn’t see me .... I don’t know the meaning of this dream .... “
Sam said ,
“ I can’t understand either death of everyone , I don’t get it .... “
Connor replied ,
“ Me too ... “
Sam said ,
“ You should ask Dave regarding it at least tell him about the dream because he was in it .... “
Connor replied ,
“ He’s a bit sensitive regarding that topic , he will get frustrated .... “
Sam said ,
“ Alright ! But I will ask you to do that ... “
Connor replied ,
“ I will see .... “
Meanwhile Dave was heading towards the city and bought the gas from the pump , then head back he called Maxwell and said ,
“ We have a complication but we have handled it , it will take one hour to reach there .... “
Maxwell replied ,
“ Okay Dave ! Listen to me where you are going I had intel upon the an ambush so you have to be careful and rest you know that as well who they are .... “
Dave said ,
“ Yeah ! I know don’t worry , I will take care of them but inform your client that we will be there in a hour but tell him that stay in the car for the whole deal because we don’t wanna let him get hurt .... “
Dave quickly get back into his car and head back , Connor and Others were sitting near the fire , suddenly they hear a strange sound behind them and got alerted , Connor and Sam got up and tried to find out what’s causing the sound , they searched all around them but didn’t found anything , they again sat down near the fire again they heard the sound of someone walking again they went to find out , meanwhile Dave arrived at the place and got off the vehicle , he says ,
“ Let’s go ! We don’t have much time .... “
Connor replied ,
“ Is everything alright ? “
Dave said ,
No ! Leon men are preparing to attack on us at the delivery place , we can not change the place and also we have to deal with him .... They will kill the client if we don’t react well in that circumstances .... “
Sam asked ,
“ What should we do ? “
Dave replied ,
“ For now ! Let’s head towards the delivery place and try to figure out , we still have 1 hour left .... “
They quickly got into the vehicles and head towards the delivery point , Connor ask Dave ,
“ Who told you about this information ? “
Dave replied ,
“ Maxwell Roth ! He asked me to take care of it and don’t let anything happen to client ..... “
Connor asked ,
“ Do you trust him ? “
Dave replied ,
“ I have to , because he sounds a bit worried .... “
After half hour they reached the delivery point but stopped there vehicles few blocks away from the place , Dave and others got off the vehicle and Dave gathered them around , he said ,
“ Sam and Connor you both will go and check if something happening from the front ..... I will be going onto the side of roof , rest will stay here and guard the truck .... “
Sam and Connor ran towards the entrance , they sneakily walked inside the place and tried to find if someone was ready to ambush them , Dave walked upstairs to check the roof tops to see if anyone , he couldn’t find anyone , he signals Connor and Sam that’s it’s clear in return they did the same . They gathered up at the same place where they stopped the vehicles , Dave said ,
“ Okay ! It’s clear but keep it cool and nice , Connor and Sam you take the rooftop to guard us , rest with me come on now ! “
Dave got into the car and drive it to the delivery point , Connor and Sam climbed on the roof to guard them , after waiting for 10 minutes there car have been arriving and stopped couple of distance away , they got off the cars with money in there hands , Connor and Sam aimed there guns towards the entrances and were alert , Dave came in front and says ,
“ Maxwell Roth sent us , May I see the bags .... “
Guard signal his man to show the money , they opened the case and was full of money , then he threw the cash towards his man and says ,
“ First the key .... “
Dave threw the keys of the truck towards him and the client got off the car , Dave shocked and put his hand on his gun in his pant , he came towards him and says ,
“ I wanted to check the truck my self .... “
Dave replied ,
“ Certainly not ! We have to go give us the money and we will leave , after that you can check all that .... “
He replied ,
“ I don’t think , I can do that ..... “
Dave said ,
“ I think you do after all you know what I know Leon Portage , Leon tries to grab Dave but Dave neutralise him and hold his gun on his head , he said in angrily ,
“ If you did anything stupid , I swear he won’t stand after my bullet hits his head , now back off .... “
Leon signals his men to back off , Dave shouts ,
“ Throw your guns away .... “
They threw all the guns away , Dave signal Connor and Sam to come down , they jumped off from the roof on the truck and opens the car door , Dave quickly put him inside the car and holds his gun on his head , Dave shouts ,
“ Everyone ! Get back into your cars , let’s move .... “
Everyone got back into there cars and drove it towards the entrance of the compound , but Leon men’s hold there path and Dave speeded up his car and ran them over and they successfully get away , Dave took him to a place near the St. Louis a hill and got him out of the car , they tied his hand and then calls Roth , he picked up the call and asks ,
“ Is it done ? “
Dave replied ,
“ No ! Your client is dead , Leon killed him .... “
Roth said ,
“ So he won again .... “
Dave replied ,
“ No ! We caught him if you want me to get him to you then fine .... “
Roth replied ,
“ No ! Just wait there I’m coming , send me your location .... “
Dave said ,
“ I’m texting you .... “
Dave sat down in front of Leon and said ,
“ What have you achieved in your pathetic life ? Nothing you are just a piece of s**t .... “
Leon replies ,
“ You won’t gonna achieve anything in your life , even if you rich and healthy , because this world will push you off the edge .... “
Dave said ,
“ I must say you are ignorant as hell , you should be a little ashamed of your self about what you are doing .... “
Leon replied ,
“ f**k you ! What have you done ? Killing people for your own reasons and purposes .... “
Dave said ,
“ You don’t know s**t about me .... “
Leon replied ,
“ Oh I know every single thing about you , you are like me ..... “
Dave said ,
“ I’m nothing like you , I have my priorities .... “
Leon replied ,
“ These priorities won’t help you get away who you are , one day you will understand that this world is pain river , you can’t win from its pain flow .... “
Dave got up and said ,
“ Alright ! I accept it .... “
Dave walked away and Leon sat there just thinking about his last good moments of his life . Connor was passing in front of him , he shouts ,
“ Hey Listen ! “
Connor asked him ,
“ What is it ? “
Leon replied ,
“ Can you please put your hand in my pocket , there is a picture .... “
Connor put his hand inside his pocket and saw a picture with his wife and children’s and said ,
“ Your wife and children ? “
Leon replied ,
“ Yeah ! They are dead in an accident .... I wanted to see there faces for the last time because I will be dead .... “
Connor gave him his picture in his front arm and walked away , Connor was feeling sad for a while .
