ZACK Julie looked up from her screen, exhaling through her nose like she’d expected me. “Zack,” she said slowly, one brow arched. “Back already? You’re unbelievable boy.” I placed the folder squarely on her desk, sliding it across. “This has everything Amy needs. Programs, requirements and a bunch of contacts, I need you to give it to her.” Julie leaned back in her chair, arms folding across her chest. Her lips quivered, but her eyes were sharp, calculating. “You realize how crazy this looks, right?” My jaw tightened. “I don’t care how it looks Julie, I know Amy won’t take this from me.
