6 A familiar five-beat tap sounded against Luke’s office door. He glanced up from the financial report laid upon his desk, his hands balled into fists on either side of the paper stack. The distinctive knock belonged to his brother. “Come in.” The door swung open and narrowly missed a collision with the wall behind.
