The Alpha exhaled loudly while perching on his comfy chair. He looked at his twin who was rolling his eyes at him. He wanted to flip him off but he was too tired to lift his hands. They just performed a three hours surgery.
A knock interrupted his thoughts and he stared at the door. He glared at his twin who just pushed his head back instead.
"Come in" He hoarsely whispered and the door was pushed open.
