I took over as soon as Nienna finished sending the warning to the Queen. The demons were swarming the village in clouds of black smoke. It was hard to see, but that was their intention. They use their darkness to help hide themselves, but we were wolves. We could smell them. Their foul and sour scent was extremely overwhelming. Leon had taken a group of our warriors to the South side of the kingdom while Davina took another group to the East side. Some of the Elven warriors were guarding the castle, while the others were on the West side. We had the palace completely surrounded. No one was getting in.
