Scott McBaran’s POV I drove into the foyer before we got out. I was opening the passenger door before the valet was coming to greet us. I gave him my keys before we were inside the lobby. “Hi, what can I help you with?” The receptionist asked me as I was giving my name and reservation number, courtesy of Addington. “Here you go. Enjoy your stay, sir,” the receptionist said as I was pulling Karla on my side before I was punching the button of the elevator. It dinged before we were inside it as the door was closing. I was looking at our reflection before the door opened and we were on our floor. I was putting my hand on Karla’s lower back as we walked to our new room.
