Rachel was speechless. She couldn't forbid Sky and make her sad again. After inviting Edmund in, she accompanied her daughter to take a shower.
While waiting, Edmund looked around. There wasn't much he could observe. There was only Sky's and Rachel's backpack on the table.
Feeling that the situation was safe, Edmund took out plastic wrap. Swiftly, he put in a strand of hair that he had secretly taken while helping Sky take off the hoodie.
“Once the result is out, they won't be able to escape anymore. Rachel is Alice and Sky is my daughter," he thought before putting the evidence in his trouser pocket.
"Mister Edmund!"
Sky suddenly appeared again. Her smile was so broad. She looked very small with her body wrapped in a towel.
“Please be patient. I'll get dressed quickly."
