Chapter 13: Punishment

Crystal was astonished by what the man in front of him had just said, the revelation was too much for a single person, she could barely believe her ears.

How on earth will Prince Khalil be that rude to an extent of kissing her, not only that, but he had the guts to insult her that she is a bad kisser.

Hmm! at least, he had a point there, but he wasn't good himself. This made Crystal's mind flood with several questions.

At least, she was aware of the fact that she is still a virgin, and her actions matched the way she had responded to Khalil's kiss but then, was the young as pure as she is?

A question that she could not answer, it is kind of difficult to actually answer this because it doesn't seem right, and asking him now will mean that she is rude and trying to poke her nose in matters that don't concern her.

It is none of Crystal's business whether Khalil is a virgin or not, it doesn't concern her neither will it ever be her problem. The minute she decides to start minding her own business, the better it will be for her.

Khalil noticed that Crystal had gone on a long journey with her mind, so he decided to bring her soul back to earth. Standing in front of the lady, he glared at her with wide eyes, wondering what she could actually be thinking about.

"Is it that important that you will shun me away just like that?" Khalil inquired raising a brow at her.

Crystal had still not returned to earth and was probably still thinking about the love that might be sheathed in her heart for her.

This made Khalil have a puzzled look on his face as he stared at her blank features. Since Crystal did not notice her presence, she wanted to play a cruel trick on her, at least, if that is going to make her come back to her senses, then, he is ready to do it. Also, this is mainly because it might piss the hell out of Crystal, he was ready for war if that was the sound it was going to produce.

This time, Prince Khalil didn't kiss Crystal on her lips, he didn't want to save her from the stress of giving him an annoying slap, giving as an excuse the fact that he was not supposed to do such a thing.

Well, Khalil would have never allowed Crystal's hand to collide with his face as he would have either manage to dodge or to hold her hands from reaching his face.

This round is going to be annoying as hell, and as Crystal had still not recovered from his daydreaming, he saw it as a perfect moment to deal with her.

Who the hell does she think she is to just zoom out of him in that manner. Like seriously, was he that boring?

Of course not, she was just pretending like she didn't care about the kiss they just shared maybe she was too shy to admit it, yes, that's how ladies' kind of behavior of the time, always trying to hide the truth which seems too obvious to do so.

Khalil waved his hands once more across Crystal's face making sure that she was not pretending, and as expected, he got the same reply as it was the previous time.

This was the base of his trick on her, and as he lowered his face towards Crystal's own, he prepared himself and stopped at her lips, and before she could actually guess what is going on, he bit her lips slightly, not wanting to wound her.

As he did so, he quickly flew away from her, escaping for his own safety as he laughed so hard that nothing could stop him from doing so.

Crystal blinked severally as Khalil's light bite awoken her from her, one minute trans. What caused her to be irritated was the manner in which the prince laughed and dashed away, it caused her to want to strangle him, but then, she realized that it was an impossible mission which she could only wish for, and it will never accomplish itself, never.

Sighing, she looked at him with resentment as she blurted out faintly, wanting to curse Khalil with as so many sweat words as she can remember, but then, remained mute as she gathered the words in her mind.

"You beast, why did you do that? Ouch! my lips, you just ripped it off, you are a monster, you need to be kept in a confined area," she shot screaming at him.

Her words were pure fun to prince Khalil, she didn't allow these things to bother him even if it was just a minute, she liked troubling her, especially as she had proven to be stubborn and rude.

Unless Khalil tries his best to straighten the lady up, she is going to be so arrogant and irresponsible in a mad way, something which is not called for and does not deserve to even be shown openly, talkless to be portrayed in front of a prince like himself.

When Crystal had finished saying all these things, she pouted her lips in front of her, showing that she was so damn angry, which caused him to burst out laughing.

To prince Khalil, this is pure fun, hundred percent fun, and unless he enjoys himself this much, he does not see any reason for her to be happy.

"Oh, my Geek! I didn't know I was now the most feared criminal on the planet Earth. Now, young lady, I plead with you to tell me my crime, please, do so now because I would love to amend my ways," he exclaimed.

Crystal looked at him with eyes that spat daggers, she was so damn mad at him for doing that kind of cruel joke at him. At first, she thought it was not something serious when he had foray kissed her, but now, he had upgraded to bitting her lips. Who knows, maybe his next target will be to lay her on his bed. Yeah! that is something crazy which she wouldn't want to think about, but if such things arise, then there will need for her to panic.

"What are you thinking about?" Khalil gently asked.

Crystal found her cheeks suddenly growing hot as she blushed profusely. It was a call for an alert, especially if she says what is in her mind, that was not true, so she brushed it aside as fast as the thought had aside to avoid unnecessary drama, she didn't need that just now.

Blinking severally, Crystal tried keeping pace with what this young man was saying, as it sounded like daggers to her ears. There is no way she is actually going to expose these horrible thoughts of hers to him, not this month or in the next to come, not at all.

Glaring at Khalil's handsome face right now, she definitely had to lie to him, particularly because she didn't want him to ask him further questions.

"Nothing, I am not thinking about anything," she murmured.

Khalil raised a brow at her, staring deeply at her face which spoke the truth that her lips did not want to unveil. Perusing at her features is enough to know that Crystal had something in her chest which she doesn't want to share, it is a clear truth and there is nothing he can do about it, especially when he doesn't want It to be known.

"Hmm! nothing you say, huh? why then were to absent when I stood beside you waving severally at your name?" he inquired raising a brow.

Crystal at once that she had been off for quite a long while if Khalil had actually noticed it.

Sighing, she lifted her brows, gazing at Khalil intriguingly.

"Did you peek at me? what am I even

asking when the truth is obvious. Okay, I rephrase my question, why did you peek at me when I was absent minded? don't you know that is something rude to do? like seriously, I will advise you never to do such a thing, especially when I do not find it funny. You did not only peek at me, but you went to the extent of biting my lips. Like seriously, if you do not know, I will tell you now, that is rude, extremely impolite to do so. What if I would have died in my trans?" Crystal inquired raising her brows as she tried intimidating the prince.

If Khalil had the mind to do such a thing, like trying to coerce Khalil by just staring at him, then she needs to watch more on the way she looks, how she places her eyes on him to glare at his features.

Crystal needed more than a blind look to frighten prince Khalil off her back. She was slowly turning into his addiction, and until he matches the end, he will not be happy, In fact, Crystal did not know what it takes to give Khalil a hard blow, I mean, something that will hit him as hard as his words and actions always find a way to torment the girl's life.

Khalil was now caught aback, especially as he knew that Crystal spoke the truth about every word she spat out of her mouth, but then, she tried her best, making it a difficult task for her words to torment him, and as she replied to him, he wanted it to be a bomb in her ears, especially as it is going to somehow sound disastrous to her ears.

"Miss whatever you think you are, who the hell do you think I would peek on you, especially when you draw away from the present so often? in fact, I am so good this time because I only tried nibbling your upper lip, the next time I will bite you so hard that you will cry," Khalil spat.

Crystal gasped in shock.
