I'm nervous when I finish my makeup in front of the mirror. It's highly unlike me to be self-conscious. But what if Alex won't like me?
Not everyone likes goths, but to be fair, I don't have extreme makeup: I use fake eyelashes to make my eyes pop. Foundation, some blush for rosy cheeks, and red lipgloss to look cute. This is not extreme.
Apart from that, I'm wearing a dark leather jacket and a grey beanie over my slightly wavy black hair.
I pout at my reflection. Alex said he expected me to look intimidating. He will have the shock of his life discovering I'm cute. He also thinks I'm tall, so maybe I should wear high heels not to disappoint him?
