Chapter 95 The Mysterious Ghost

When they heard what Dugu Muyou said, others were silent and started considering it.

"Many hands provide great strength. Though we dragged you down along the way, we do not want you to go to such a perilous place alone," said Dugu Ziteng suddenly.

Dugu Qi stood out and said, "I want to go with you as well."

When they spoke out their opinions, others followed.

"Alright then." Dugu Muyou said, "We can set out now."

When they reached a consensus, they packed up and headed east.

"Boss, do you know where your friend is?" asked Xiaotong.

"I don't know." Dugu Muyou shook her head and said, "We can only wait and find out."

They headed east and met some other batches of spiritual animals. The further they went east, the fiercer the spiritual animals they met with were. Luckily, no one was hurt. When they reached a valley, they stopped at the entrance and looked at each other.

They were afraid of the valley because it was covered by a black fog which was the same as what they met in the bamboo forest. It was really uncomfortable and foreboding danger.

They all silenced looking at the blowing black fog.

"Why not go round?" said Dugu Muyou, "I'll check the situation around. Wait for me here and keep away from the black fog."

Dugu Muyou finished her words and flew up to the sky with Blood Fox. She observed the landform and found that the valley was between two huge mountains. Dugu Muyou tried to go straight up the mountain.

Along the way, she didn't meet the black fog. However, when she thought they could go forward this way and was going to return to others, she saw black threads in the air. She stopped immediately and frowned in the direction where the black threads were from. If she were right, the black threads should be from the valley.

She pondered for a while and galloped up the mountain. But what she saw made her knit her eyebrows even closer. The whole mountain was covered in black fog and the fog was spreading outside. Before long, all the corners of the mountain would be covered completely.

Dugu Muyou left here and checked the situation of another mountain, but it was the same.

When she returned to the entrance to the valley, she found that the fog had been thicker during the time she left.

"How is it? Is there any road?"

Dugu Muyou shook her head, "The situation up the mountain is almost the same as what we see here. Blood Fox, do you have any news?"

Blood Fox stared at the thick fog and suddenly said, "Let's go inside. He is there."

"Blood Fox?" Dugu Muyou doubted if Blood Fox was still with her and called out doubtfully.

"I am still here. You worried too much." Blood Fox understood what Dugu Muyou was thinking immediately and said sourly.

Dugu Muyou was relieved and walked back for a long way, but she still didn't see her companions. Dugu Muyou gritted her teeth and turned back to the east. Now that she couldn't find her companions, she must find Nangong Xun so that she may know all that had happened here.

The ghost pierced deeper into her head with his sharp nails. Suddenly, the pressure disappeared and Muyou found that his hands had been cut off in the middle.

Dugu Muyou tilted her face and saw Nangong Xun going to her without any expressions. The black fog dispersed from the middle with his movement, as if it was afraid of him.

Dugu Muyou found that she could move again with all the black fog surrounding her falling away. She grasped the skinny hand and threw it away. Yuehua Diamond stopped wailing and the gold and silver light shone again. The wound in Dugu Muyou's forehead healed immediately.

"I find you."

Nangong Xun said calmly with his black eyes staring at the ghost.

The ghost looked down at his broken hands and glistened fear. His skinny body shook greatly and began to fade.

"You want to escape?" Nangong Xun sneered and a flood came of nowhere.

The skinny ghost faltered and fell out of the black fog as if he hit an iron plate. The blue water formed a cell and trapped the ghost inside. The black fog surrounding them dispersed and sunshine shone through the valley again.

The black breath around the black shade rolled and withdrew by turns. But when it met the border of the water cell, it drew back as if it was ironed.

"Let go of me. Let's just mind our own business in the future." The ghost said drily.

A spray of water formed into a blue chair automatically for Nangong Xun to sit casually. He said, "Have you forgotten how you attempted to trap me in your array?"

"I didn't do it on purpose. It was an accident."

Nangong Xun didn't even bother to sneer at his words.

Dugu Muyou frowned, not knowing what happened. Nangong Xun felt her puzzlement, so he turned around and said to her, "It also has something to do with you."

The water cell suddenly began to spin quickly and fell lightly on the ground three meters away from Nangong Xun.
