"Tony, the giant bird went down the woods! Let's get it!" Gav shouted excitedly.
Tony knew the land around the Ackers property like the back of his hand. He made a detour and drove into the rough road. He shoved around large trees. His car tires leaving marks on thick grasses.
When the trees became thick and dense, the car screeched to a stop.
"Where did it drop?" Gav asked no one while he searched for the bird.
"Sir Gav! Look!" Tony pointed to someone who wore a bloody coat. He was running away.
They ran after him but he disappeared.
"Who is he?" Gav asked no one.
'Beatrice Amaryllis!' Tony bit his tongue.
"Shall we go home, Sir Gav?" he asked respectfully.
"No! We must find his prey!" Gav continued searching the thick grass.
