Again, her focus came back. Dara did not falter when she saw Gav at her side. He was using his stare to make her feel conscious.

When Mr. Lot appeared by the door of the conference room, Gav stopped talking. He went to the other man with raised arms.
Dara's shoulders slumped. She flicked her fingers to lift the magic.
A sound of a machine was coming to the corridor. It went louder.
Dara stood up to go over the source of the noise. There was a meeting going on!
