When all things settled down, i asked my father if he was serious on making Eleona the empress.

"It's about time i move on from your mother Vestia" He looked at me painfully, his eyes drifted off to the painting of my mother...i looked so much like her, it was like i was a replica.

Dad must have really loved my mother. She passed away due to illness. He looked so pain when he said he was going to make Eleona the empress.

"And here begins a new chapter of my life, my dear Vestia" He smiled as he looke dat my mother's portrait.

"Dad, please don't hurt Eleona" I asked. I really don't want him to hirt her.

"Of course i won't. Plus i was serious when i said i love her."

"And you still love mother." i said, although i know it would hurt him, i still knew it was the truth.

"Im moving on Vestia. Thank's to Eleona." He said chuckling at one of his silly daydreams.

"If that's what you really want then..." i said as i sighed.

Then it happened. A loud KYAAAA was heard over the entire house, err mansion, oh whatever you call it.

We all rushed over to see what the problem was, it also came from my room.

When we got there, i saw...Leoner? He was laying on my bed..full of blood?! Oh gosh- the poor sheets the maids have to wash, then again they did me bad so suffer little shi-

Then i remembered Valestias request.

Alright then. For Valestia. Ill keep Leoner on my side for now. My father came close to him and unsheated his sword, oh gods no!!

"Dad wait!!" I grabbed his hands preventing him from stabbing leoner.

"What? I thought you didn't like this guy anymore?" He asked. ofc i don't, why would i? I asked all the servants to leave, then i told him all of Valestias thoughts. On how she thinks he's being manipulated. Then he nodded as if to understand

"I see. So you think some kind of sorcery is involved into this?" He asked as i nodded

I treated his wounds carefully and let him sleep for awhile.

"I will look into this then" He said as he left the room.

I studied leoner's features. He was handsome, not bad for a 19 years old kid- wait, how did i know that? Valestia, you here? Nahh, it was a ridiculous thought, but possible

Black hair, sharp nose, he was muscular too, but the scars ruined his face, although he still looks handsome- alright, snap out of it Niel! He's an enemy.

I got closer to his face and took a closer look, however, he opened his eyes to reveal red crystal like eyes. It was captivating, but then it turned cloudy, mor grayish. What happened? Is this what Vestia was talking about?

He then got up way too quickly causing him to lose balance and drop again. He stared at me with curiousity.

"Who are you?" He asked. So it was true.Not like i doubted her but...

"Pleasure to meet you, my name is Valestia, Valestia Ables Elioner" I introduced myself with a slight smile

how dare this boy harm Valestia, its good i still have my sanity with me

"Ah!" He got up, looking startled, he looks cute ill admit, but no, he is an enemy!!

"P-princess Valestia?!" He hustled hard to get rid of the sheets to stand on the ground

Oh? He still knows who i am? Interesting..

He bowed swiftly "Greetings to the princess Valestia Ables Elioner, I am Leoner Vister"

Interesting. Guess this life would be more fun than i had ecpected.

"Uhm, Princess, exactly, what am i doing here...?" He looks flustered

"Well Mr leoner, y'know what, can i just call you leo? It's kinda hard to pronounce your name" I asked

"Oh uhm, sure, must be hard for that little tongue of yours" he said as he chuckled, does he even know he's insulting a member of the royal family right now?

I sighed "Perhaps."

" My servants informed me that you just popped out of nowhere, like smoke covered the place and suddenly you were here, so, do you remember anything?" I asked, although i seem to already know the answer.

"I don't know...i just felt a sharp pain like a blade passed through me, and kaboom, i lost conciousness."

kaboom? That's weird, they don't use that word in historical times do they?

I think...time stopped for him. The moment i stabbed him i saw how stiff he was. And the shape of his wound...looked exactly like my sword. No hey you may be thinking all swords are alike, but nu uh, my sword is kickass, it has a more different shape than what the knights use. More bent and twisted, but sharp. Then, Leo's stomach rumbled.

"Come with me Leo, were going to the dining hall, for dinner, your probably hungry judging from the words your stomach uttered"

That's right. I still have to scold my father on teasing Eleona.

As we entered the dining hall, i saw how my father eyed Leo suspiciously, he's probably thinking of ways to kill him when i allow him. Oh goodie, Eleona's seated too.

I sat beside Eleona, adjusting at the akward atmosphere. Then Leo also sat next to met. He was looking at the food so much, but no one still touched their food so he might be feeling shy. So i ate a spoonful of curry, and when i did, Leo started eating like crazy

"So...Eleona what do you think about my..ah..proposal?" My dad asked and i was shooked

"Dad you did not" i gave him an annoyed look while he gave me a cheeky grin "Oh yes i did sweetie"

i facepalmed but the next thing Eleona said shocked me.

"Yes. I accept" Eleona said that made dad stand up and grab Eleona to swing her around. This. Wtf is this? Vinietas you...aaaaaaa. All the servants clapped as dad and Eleona kissed each other. Wow. Just wow. Y'know what, just clap with them Niel

I looked at Leo who was still happily eating his share of food. How cute. He looks like a puppy too.

Then Edivor came in with some files and handed it over to me, i looked at my dad who gave me a nod. This contains investigations.

"Alright Leo, let's go." I said an Leo followed along.

"Young lady where do you think your going...with him? Oh and you give him a nickname too?! That's absur-"

"Not more absurd than proposing before courting and dating Eleona dad" i said as i cut him off and continued walking with Leo trailing behind me

"Hey uhm, prince-"

"Call me vestia. Pls"

"Oh-kayy Vestia, so like, i think my bandages went loose" he said as he kept holding his abdomen.

"No worries ill fix it for you when we get to my chamber, err room"

As we got there, i indeed fixed his bandages, damn thos muscles, i was trying to tie it when i heard Leo's heavy breathing on my neck, i felt a little ticklish but i managed to keep the bandage intack.

"Does it hurt?" I asked, but judging from the heavy breathing earlier, i guess it did. "Sleep now." I ordered.

"Here?" he looked at me bewildered, as he pointed at my bed.

"Yes, Don't be stubborn and sleep." I said as i threw a pillow at him.

He then layed down, as for me, i headed towards the document that Edivor handed.

Interesting. So, Leo's a prince from the north. He started neaking out to meet someone, but it didn't say who, ugh how dull. But it said they were always headed over the tower of...niel? NIEL?! IM SORRY WHAT?
