After Celine was humiliated and rejected just like that she felt pissed and mad at everyone especially with Jenny and Jessy.
Celine then sneered at all of them as she stomped her feet, while she snob at them and immediately left as the entire office saw the event unfold in front of them and was immediately shocked, especially when Jack protected Jenny when they thought that it was Jessy that Jack was seeing.
It turned out that what Lindsay told them was indeed true. They were just acquainted to each other and somehow Jack develop an emotional connection towards Jenny.
