I feel that she is not very willing to trust me just yet, so I stop before I push any sort of boundary she might have set. I am aware I am nothing but a captor right now. I am aware I do not exist in her memories right now, and that the only one present is Ryu. Not just in her memories though... I can smell him on her and I wish I could be less repulsed right now.
I want to touch her, reach for her, but something within tells me I should give her a bit of intimacy right now. When I take a small step back, she seems relieved and I can see the way her body relaxes slowly as she turns her head from me. Good. Feeling like she did not have to watch me in order to feel safe is a good sign.
