Everyn's POV The room I wake up in is not the one I remember being in. A few lights are turned on and the light is dim, while outside a storm is clearly raging, because the windows are shaking lightly as the wind howls madly. A soft groan escapes me and I am surprised at how dry my throat feels. My whole body feels numb and, despite the struggle I put into pushing myself up, I don't have the required strength to do so.
