He noticed there was a ring of blood around his finger. Helton notices as he massaged it.
"You are a demon but your blood is red, that's why you were able to hide, in plain sight."
"I'm sure there are other red blooded demons"
"So how do I level up?", Ryan ask Helton.
"Some necromancers, eat the heart of other necromancers, to gain experience and level up. Most necromancers have leach spells casted on their hearts.", Helton said.
Helton stared at Ryan for a while, he didn't know how to help him. He wanted him to stay, but he knew he had to get to a town. It was the best thing for him. The nearest town was at least 2 days away and Helton knew he couldn't go with him.
