I watch as the horizon turns a peachy orange as the morning sun peaks over the ocean.
I. feel. like. a. mess. and Dennis of course wakes up with a angelic yawn, looking around the room until his eyes land on me.
"Hello beautiful. You sleep well?"
"...sure. You?" I grumble.
"Like a baby." He stretches his arms over his head. If he wasn't so cute I would've shoved him out of bed by now. I stretch as well before finally crawling off the bed, most of my strength depleted.
"Do you want to use the bathroom first or me?" I ask, cracking my back.
"Ladies always first."
"Aw, what a gentlemen."
"Always." He winks as he sits back on my bed. I walk into the bathroom and take out my tooth brush, making sure to grab an unused one from my cabinet and throw it to Dennis.
"Thanks."
