I woke up at noon to see that Asher had left for the company. The night had been a long and busy one, and at some point, it left me wondering if Asher would wake up in time for work.
I was naked underneath the sheet and the moisture in my thigh brought a fresh recollection of how my night went.
Refreshed, I slid off the bed and walked into the bathroom. After a short bath, I ordered food and ate to my fill then I grabbed a book from the shelf, and sat on the balcony to read.
I was halfway through a second book when a knock sounded on the door. I opened it to find a maid who immediately curtsied.
